"Excusez-moi?" I say while my eyes flash yellow this time as I turn on my heel to face Riku. "This. Was. NOT. My fault... I'm just the idiot whom contacted the entire Network... DO NOT MAKE THIS OUT TO BE MY FAULT!!!"

"HEY!!!" I shout with a glare, my temper raising up. "Don't you shout at him, Princesse! Because, hello, this is you're fault!" My fists clench and my eyes dare her to say something stupid back.
"I'm not above pummeling your face in before you end up under the mistletoe with votre patron chéri over there!" I can see her eyes widen, but she just shrinks back, realizing I'm serious. "Good, now lets get thing moving... Riku... Can you get us a ladder?"

"Sure thing." I said. "Maybe some manual labor will cool me down." I then head over to the supply closet and fetched said ladder and brought it to Darla. "Anything else?" I asked.

Shiki received both Namine's and Neku's texts, and naturally (for her) she headed out to the warehouse. The only problem: she was on the other side of the city. It wasn't a surprise to her when she came in late, as much as she wished not to. Luckily there seemed to be no Crossing, "Sorry I'm late. What's going on here?"

I was helping while keeping my mouth shut; I realized that if it opened again, I was going to end up saying something incredibly uncharitable towards the silvette who'd been dissing Nami.
Lea and Seifer seemed to be being helps too, though Seifer was very much not following my example, instead complaining loudly. Lea whispered something in his ear that quieted him right down, though; I wondered what he said.
"Hrmph," I heard Seifer's voice say, though I was across the room. Reading minds again, I guessed. "Silvette's a jerk. She's gotta have better taste than that! Hrnnnn!"
I raised an eyebrow, but went over to Nami without any further thought on the subject. "Hey, where d'you want these?" I held out an open box of decorations.

"Decorating huh? Sounds easy enough." She nodded and added, "I won't ask any more questions about it." Had me worried the entire time over decorations. No need to make a big deal I guess. Most likely that had already happened though.

Things were going smoothly but I couldn't shake the feeling that some of the other people in the room were starting to dislike me. I was fine with that, wouldn't change the fact I'd bail them out in a jam. "Darla, I don't think Neku think's too highly of me right now." He may not have noticed it but I saw him scowl. "Did I do something wrong?" I asked.

I looke dup at the ceiling; hmm. If there was a method for hanging them already up there....
