"Like..." I broke off; a blonde man was storming down the alleyway. I lowered my voice.
"Like... the black rider and the Ghost Rider," I said, which wasn't falze, considering that I had heard of them. "And... mysterious disappearances, and... paranormal abilities, and... and demons," I finished quietly.

I raise an eyebrow. "I don't know anything about any riders..." I frown. Then my face lights up. "Abilities, you said?! I know where to find that!" I look around us frantically, then spot some grass between the crack in the road. I walk up to it, trying to remember what I did earlier. I reach my hand towards the grass, spreading out my fingers. The grass begins flourishing into a life-filled patch, the grass long, flowers blooming. "Is this what you mean, Hara-kun?" I ask with a smile. I pick one of the flowers, which I now realized to be a dandelion. And I bring it over to Haraken. "Here. For you."

I almost fainted on the spot. Both of them were just so.... casual about it, as if everyone here had powers beyond human means. Maybe they did. "I..."
I couldn't speak, just instinctively accepted the flower from N's outstretched hand. How...?

I smile at Haraken. "It's cool, isn't it?" My voice was more mellow now, recalling the first time I'd used it... When Father died. I realized I'd spaced out and gazed up towards the manor, on the largest hill. I look back to Haraken. "I just learned how to use it today... I protected Kiara. And Jack." I continue with a big smile. "And Hara-kun can be happy with the flower now." I pick another and give it to Sini. "Here. One for you, too."

I was still in shock, staring down at the plant in my hand as if I'd never seen a plant before in my life.
This new town was going to take getting used to.

I smile at Sini. "Thank you." These people... She held her hand out differently from the rest, but it was still confusing. "Hey, Sini... What does that mean? When people do that with their hands?"

Was he... being serious? My bland face didn't waver, but I reached up and high-fived Sininen, just because. To demonstrate.
It'd been a long time since I'd high-fived anyone, really.

I raise my eyebrow. "Why did you hit him, Hara-kun? Is that what that's for?" I look back and forth at the two. They didn't seem hurt. "That's really weird..." Human customs are weird... Then again, would I think they were weird, if I'd been exposed to it all before now? I sigh. This was all just strange, but exhilarating. And fun.

"It's called a high-five," I said, simply finding the words tumbling out of my mouth. To be sure, I couldn't, couldn't find myself surprised by this twist. After all, the man could control plants. How was I supposed to know whether or not he was from this dimension, or even human at all?

"High...five?" I look at my hand, studying it. Until it hit me. "Oh! I get it. You have five fingers, and you hit his hand up high! That's really clever, Hara-kun!" I laugh. "What does it mean? Is it a good thing, hitting his hand like that?"

I was walking down the street playing with vulcan and remembered that i don't know much about where i really am. as im walking i hear voices in an alleyway. i get a little intrested and sneak my way into the alley to see who talking, when i notice the large patch of grass and flowers. "Cool!" i run up to the flowers and merrily search through them. "these flowers... they're so pretty! Did one of you guys plant these? It must have taken forever. I can never wait for the plants to grow. They take too long."

Our conversation was cut short by a short blonde kid in a blue cloak. He was running and yelling a minute before noticing my flowers. I smile kindly at the young boy. "No, it was very quick. Here. Let me show you." I smile and walk to the flower patch. I spread my fingers out again a few more times, the flowers tripling in size, and blossoming into sunflowers, an entirely new plant. "I saw these in a book once. Aren't they nice?"

my eyes widen in amazement. "wow, they're so pretty!!! That's really cool Mr.! can you teach me how to do that? i wanna help flowers grow fast too!" zatch points vulcan to the flowers. "you see that vulcan? flowers. these are way prettier than the ones at home!"

I chuckle. "Please, call me N." I chuckle a minute more. He was so full of energy. I wondered if I was that energetic as a kid... "I'd love to teach you. But I'm really not too sure how I can do it... I just discovered this power recently."
