I nod at Zatch, and hand the money to the lady. I take another forkful of the fish. "What do you want to do today, Zatch?"

"Hmmmm. I don't know really, I just got here and usually I walk around until something interesting happens. But, are you sure it's ok?" I look at the floor "Im a demon, Sini said demons cause trouble and hurt so they are hunted. Won't I be hunted because im a demon?" The thought makes me shudder and I remember how I ran away and was hit by a car, giving me a bump on my head.

I frown at the boy. He may be a Demon, but... he wasn't anything like the other ones we fought. I crouch down in front of him, taking my hat back. "Then I'll protect you, Zatch. That's what friends do, right? Just let N take care of anyone trying to hurt you." I tussle his hair a bit.

I laugh and stand back up. "Alright. Sounds good to me." I reply to the boy. He really was a curious case. He could be so childish, but also so grown-up. "Okay. So I guess now we find something to do today."

Normally I wouldn't stray too far from my home place and this far into the city, but I was worried about N and the other boy. So meowing to myself I finally had convinced myself to go check to see if they had awake yet, I was told that their room was empty and I frown. That is until I catch scent of the boy from yesterday, its faint and rather jumpy, but I chase after it, suddenly over worried and wishing I had four legs rather than two. I would be a lot faster then.
It takes a couple minutes to reach a place where their scents aren't as scattered. I look around and then I see a practically yellow "ball of energy" bouncing around and is shouting. I smile to myself and note N, they seem to be doing alright.
But none the less I wave and shout, "Hey guys~." A huge smile is on my face and for once while out in public my ears perk up and my tail swishes happily. "Sleep well?"

I turn my head at the familiar voice. "Zatch, it's Kiara! Heeyyy!" I call out over to her, a smile stretching onto my face. I run over with Zatch. "Yeah, we did! What are you doing out here?"

Still smiling I just say, "Was worried about my friends is all." I glance to Zatch and nod to him. I hold out my hand, "Its nice finally meet you while you're awake, Zatch."

I stare at the hand in front of me and give her my hand as well. "Hi i'm Zatch and this is Vulcan. N told me that you carried me during my nap!!!" I bow my head and then say, "Thank you Kiara!"

I giggle and nod, "Of course, anything for a friend~." When he bows his head I lean forward and duck down below a little so I'm looking up at him. My ears lower and my eyes get huge as I watch him.

"Hmm, I don't think so...Mama said it's polite to bow when someone helps me." Something about her seems...familiar. I get a weird feeling looking at her but I ignore it, and shrug it off. I then say, "I'll make sure to return the favor so let me know if you need any help!!!" I remember what me and N were talking about a few seconds ago. "Do you wanna come with us, on an adventure? The more the merrier." I look over at N, "Is that ok, N?"

"Okay," I nod to Zatch and purr when he asks if I can join the adventure. I glance up to N and smile brightly, "Please? That way we can all play together~." My nose is prickling a little at Zatch's scent, but honestly, I'm a good demon so he is one too. This town is way more than big enough for the both of us. I'm far from jealous~. As a matter of fact I hope we become really good friends.

I nod. "Of course. I wouldn't want it any other way." I smile kindly. "That would be fun. My two best friends with me, that's the way it should be, right? Having friends?" I laugh nervously and scratch my head. I'd never had human-- well, a tiger and a demon, I should say, for friends before. So I honestly didn't know..
