"So we shall, Phantomhive heir," he said, grinning, as he started to write up a contract on his laptop. It printed, he signed it, then offered it to Ciel. "How are these terms for you?"
The terms were for a time of service, dependent on how long retrieval of the information took and the difficulty of obtaining the information.

Ciel took the sheet of paper and read it over, it was always unwise to sign a contract without reading it first no matter who had written it. When he had assured himself that the contract contained the agreed upon terms he nodded in answer before he set down the paper and signed his own name in scrawling script. "Let us get this over with then." He said as he put the pen away and straightened. Not that he'd had to lean over very far, he was only 12 after all.

Izaya grinned and snatched the paper up. What happened to it after that was lost as he whirled theatrically.
"Wonderful, wonderful... three months of work is the opening price. Should I fail to track down the information within that time, we'll add time to that debt as per the contract. I'll contact you should I require your services."
Nero winced. He remembered those lines.
"Nero, I'll need you to look into this list for me, hmm? We'll start with Ciel's problem there. And do try to get to know one another on off days - you are coworkers now."
Several pages began to print from Izaya's printer, and he went back to his laptop.
Nero sighed, grabbed the pages, and left without another word.

Ciel listened carefully, hoping that it wouldn't take long for Izaya to track down the information. Such a ting would be detrimental indeed. As Izaya spoke again Ciel shifted his gaze to the white haired man. So Nero was his name, Ciel would certainly have to remember that since it was as Izaya said, they were coworkers now. He couldn't help but wonder who else worked for Izaya. Most of those he had talked to before had already left Izaya's services. "Good day, Mr. Orihara." Ciel said formally and nodded in farewell before he left. He had the gut feeling that he had been cheated in spite of getting what he wanted but such things inevitably happened with demons. His family knew that all too well and it was a harsh lesson indeed.

The white-haired young man Izaya had called "Nero" stood outside Izaya's door, leaning back against the wall.
"I hate that jackass," he said to Ciel. "Taking advantage of a kid... feeling cheated yet? DOn't worry. You will."
