I return the nuzzling. My stomach and heart were fluttering, like the wings of many hummingbirds. This feeling was weird. But good. It made me feel both sick and happy. I hug her close and let out a breath that been held since our lips met. It shook me to the core, and I begin laughing for no reason. I was just enjoying the moment.

I nod once, shakily. "And birds fluttering around inside?" Somehow that analogy didn't seem to fit.

I nod and smile while feeling warmer, "Or butterflies." I laugh now myself, not because anything is funny, well maybe it is and I just don't get it, but its just one short laugh.

I was too flustered to reply. It felt awkward. But good. "Did I... do something wrong, Kiara-chan...? It feels right... But you are not saying anything..." Quite frankly, I didn't know what I did. Was it a bad thing? Good thing?

"I... No you didn't... I just... Don't know..." what to say, I finish mentally. Then I decide to do the first thing I can think of. Leaning down I lick his lips before pressing mine to his, hoping I'm not doing anything weird... Its just... what my mind is telling me to do.

I could feel my head getting hot. This was weird. "Maybe... we could stop for right now, Kiara-chan? My head feels... funny..." And I turn my pink face away from hers. I wasn't sure what I was looking at, but I felt like I shouldn't look at her, for some reason. I had to rely on pure instinct at the moment, because I had no idea what was happening..

Wow, its funny how quickly you can throw on your own brakes when you're worried. I smile and nod, "Suuuuuuure." Then I bounce to my feet and grab N's arm, pulling him to his feet as well. "Last one up the stairs, round the corner, and through the first left is a rotten egg~." Letting goof him I dash off and up the stairs.
"C'mon N! No slow poking~!"

"Ah!" I yell with a laugh as she pulled me up. And like that, the awkward tension felt like it vanished. "Alright, alright!" I call after her, securing the cube on my waist. And I begin running after her, not fast, but not slow either. My body was still kind of trembling. I could see her, maybe ten feet in front of me (though that was just a guess), but even still, there was no way I was catching up to a cat.

Giggling I race up the stairs only to come to a halt when Ori, arms crossed, is standing at the top land, "Heehee... Walking, see? I'm walking." And then I speed walk past him and down the hall. "Careful N! Mama Lion is out a prowling~."
Ori sighs behind me and waits... I'm guess for N.

"Mama Lion? Who's that?" I call out. I finally caught up, and nearly fall over from trying to stop running so fast so suddenly. I looked up and see... Ora? No, Ori. That was the name. "Oh, hello again." I say, quickly jumping up and bowing once.

Ori stands with his arms crossed and a brow raised, "I was dragged from my room because kids were complaining about you and Kiara... Plus... Once you reach this floor their is no running." He then smiles kindly. "I'd love to talk with you in private, sooner rather than later, I just... Want to make sure you know what your doing."
He then waves N along, "Just don't do anything stupid, that girl is fragiler than she looks, alright?" He then steps aside and laughs. "Now catch up to her before she starts worrying young man... I'll let you run this time..."
There is a pause before he adds, "Fifteen minutes... come see me at the first floor."

I blink a couple of times, trying to understand the serious tone shifts. But I do nod. "O-of course, I'll be there." And unsure of how to end the conversation, I nod once more and run after Kiara. "Kiara-chan!" I call after, and actually running, I caught up with her and threw my arms around her. "Hi!"
