While Sora was paying attention to Shiki, out of the corner of his eye he could see Namine's twitches and nervousness. He was a little curious, what's making her so scared? She seemed comfortable earlier...which would mean either someone just came in the room she's scared of, or she's scared of him.
Probably the latter.
"Sora Shimomura," he said to Namine, nodding briefly. "I'm just here to get some bills sorted out."

I nod against Shiki's shoulder and pull my hand back. I don't mention that its odd that they aren't his... Maybe their family. But what really gets me is this weird feeling I;m now getting. So with a little force on my voice I reply, "Pleasure."

Shiki noticed the way Namine was acting. Something was bothering her; she guessed it was Sora. She was tempted to ask, but knew it would be rude. She'd question it later. "Sora's a friend of mine." She explained instead. True, Shiki had only seen him a few times, but she accepted him in that sense. She directed her next statement to him. "Glad you're not hurt or anything."

Sora forced a laugh but shook his head, "No, not me. Someone else, injured during..."
He paused for a moment, eying the crowd around him he disguised his next words carefully.
"...during when she was crossing the road, she was with me at the time so I took her here."

Shiki caught the hint and winced. Things had been crazy lately; she wondered if the woman was an innocent or one of them. That wasn't something she could ask right now though. Shiki played along as she asked, "Uh oh. Was it bad? The injury and what happened I mean."

"The injury was done by someone..." he paused to choose his words, "yes someone, not an other person or a monster, by a spirited individual who thought I was a monster."
He paused, "Happens a lot, with a mug like mine while I'm crossing the road."

Angrily, Shiki shook her head. At least it sounded like the woman was okay. But the whole thing annoyed her; that you'd hurt someone because of another. She tried to keep the annoyance out of her voice, "Any idea who this person might be?" No, she wasn't planning to go after them. But if they crossed paths, at least Shiki would know who it was.

"Yes, but the person already apologized for their mistake." Sora said, "Ichigo Kurosaki I think, good intentions, just needs to think through. The injuries weren't terribly trivial and she was just blown away when he unleashed something, his full power maybe."

The banter back and forth informed me that someone, the one whom this Sora person had been paying the hospital bill for, had gotten hurt. During a crossing it seems. I frown and when I hear the name I hold back a growl, I'll have to remember that name, "That's still horrible." I sit up now and take my hand back from Shiki, placing them in my lap and staring down at them. ''Really horrid."

"Didn't do his homework, huh?" She thought it over. Apologizing isn't going to change what happened, but at least it showed regret. "Alright then, he's off the hook with me. This time." Though she was still annoyed by it. She looked up at Sora, curious. "Was this person innocent or other? Shiki nodded, agreeing with Namine. "These things happen, sadly."

"Figures," I mumble and then stand. "Excuse me please." My sentence is directed at Sora as I walk around him and then throw out: "Bathroom," to the jumpy Angel as I walk into the hall to woman's restroom.

Sora stepped aside for Namine but noted Shiki's sudden start and answered slowly, "Yeah...her name was Aqua, she was admitted and discharged a few days back. Just here to finalize her bill for her."
