"Tough love, I guess, Kumi," he said with a light shrug before putting his arm around her shoulder. "Look, you're not outta line saying tings to me, so stop cringing every time you speak up on your own time, 'kay?" He winked. "Anyway, they'll never learn if they aren't taught, right? And humans are pretty dense, so sometimes the lessons have gotta be pretty hard."

"Like I said earlier, the Angels in the Second Sphere couldn't precisely pinpoint just what we would find down here. That's why we've taken the extra precaution of bringing three Archangels, and not just the one. Plus, in answer to the latter half of your question, it seems that some of these humans are openly accepting of Demons, allowing them to live within a certain proximity with one another. So, there is bound to be resistance when we truly start to get things moving... But like I said..."
He looked over his shoulder at Kushiel and Grigori.
"We took the precaution of bringing three Archangels with us."

He shook his head mournfully.
"Humans. They're so easily drawn off thae path... you think they would know better, after all the things demons have done to them..."

Kumiko nods, staying silent.
Honestly she doesn't mind that they are here doing work, why would she? Its what the Lord deems as right, she sees no use denying it for it would be the same as denying herself...
Although she does sigh, bored, but she shall not move unless asked to do so, so she's stuck right there... On the brink of boredom and concentration...

Almost as if on cue, the two Miles Angels suddenly dropped from the rooftops and landed before Azazel. Quickly dropping onto one knee, both Angels bowed their heads low towards the Archangel, before one of them swiftly gave their report.
"Sir. So far in the city, everything seems relatively quiet... But we detected a sudden influx in power heading towards one particular location, we detected a number of demonic signatures all in a small radius. We believe that this may be the 'Network' that the Second Sphere told us of. Currently, they are not moving in any particular direction."
Azazel nodded slowly. The Network. He had been briefed on them by the Seraphim before they left for Earth. So far, the existence of the Heavens and the Denizens within was a complete and utter secret to Humans and even most Demons. Only the highest ranked Lords had access to the information of the existence of the Three Spheres, and none of them dare speak out and freely give that information for fear that it could lead to a Crusade in their particular realm.
"Good. I had been hoping that we would encounter such a force. Head out and keep an eye on them, return when they head out in any particular direction." His gaze moved onto the other angels. "The rest of you, prepare to move out, we have a welcoming party to be at."

He giggled, stretching. "Hmmm~ I love parties," he said with a smirk. "I hope these 'Network' people know how to put on a good show!"

Kumiko glances in Ithiel's direction, she blinks once before sighing and lightly smacking him upside the brain for that one. She of course didn't move a muscle, but he honestly needed to be taught something, seriously... was he missing a few brain cells?

Grigori gave a deep chuckle, blessing everyone with his rare words.
"I have a feeling we'll be putting on the show."
Azazel simply nodded and Kushiel made a display of checking all of her gear. She was persistent like that, having to make sure that everything was in order before she set off with the intention of doing anything. Even now, she dropped onto one knee, untied her shoelace, before re-tying it again, swapping knees and doing the same with the other boot. Azazel went through his own silent preparations, closing his eyes and simply standing as a testament to Heaven's power, an obelisk to it's unshakeable will. The two Miles Angels from earlier returned, dropping in silently once again.
"Sir. The power in the area has reached its peak, we believe we are ready to move." Azazel nodded at the news, turning to face those whom he led into the fray.
"We are Angels. We are the bastion behind which our Lord can stand and watch over the realm which he rules so justly. We are the sword with which he can strike at his foes. We are the shield with which he can defend himself. We are something that human's cannot comprehend... They see us as a foe that they can stand up against and win, as some new obstacle all too similar to the demons we slay that they can simply puff up their chests and beat at with their fists. They are wrong. We are Angels. Let's go."
Ironically...
All Hell was about to break loose...

While the others were preparing Kumiko bows her head and presses her finger tips together, "Father above us, I ask for guidance and swiftness of the wind beneath our feet. I pray for you to be with us and to offer freedom to those who can see it. In your name I pray, Amen." She listens to Azazel's speech and holds her head just a little higher before a voice in the back of her mind reminds her to stay prideless and selfless, for anything else would be a sin. So she returns to her neutral state and nods.
"Shall we be the delivery of fear that God must strike into their hearts?" Her question is a whisper as she follows Azazel's lead.
