Ghost Rider

(This is where you tell us about your character, keep it light and casual, as I'll demonstrate.)

My character is Sora Shimomura, he is a sixteen year old kid who grew up teased and bullied. However as he entered High school he became the bully instead, dealing torment to everyone he felt ever mistreated him.

Sora was an orphaned boy, but his parents were actually very special people. His mother had the ability to see beyond the veil of the human world into the demon world, his father was a half-demon who had escaped the veil of the demon world. The two of them managed to have Sora before the Devil claimed them, he was about to claim the young boy too when he saw something in him...a potential hard worker for one of those times when the veil is too weak. To be his warden: the Ghost Rider.

So the devil waited until Sora was old enough and a crisis emerged before he could use him as a Ghost Rider, now that time his today. With demons breaking through the veil again, the Devil enlists his Ghost Rider to deal with the situation.

Sora uses a flail as his weapon, he also has a demonic axe, two pistols, and a sword. (Here's a closer look.)

He also rides a flaming motorcycle called the Hellcycle to travel around.

A post reminded me that because Ghost Rider is different from Otherborns, I should lay out his powers right here to people can see them, the cost and such. I wanna avoid godmodding on my behalf so...

Abilities:

Hellfire usage.

Souls of Vengeance: he builds up the energy of all the demons he's killed to give him a temporary boost of power. However this requires him slaying a lot of lower level, or three high level demons.

Chains of Perdition: This ability allows him to gather fallen human souls and allow them to wreak their revenge on the demons. However this power can only be activated if a lot of innocent people died within the veil and it can only be used once per build up.

Transferring to NPC Character:


Crimson Viper, real name Maya Bloodmoon, is a single mother of one daughter, an agent for the CIA and an Otherborn. Her husband was U.S. Seal killed during a mission and was now the sole mother of a young girl. When her gifts as an Otherborn were found out, the CIA, eager to have one of them on their side recruited her under the codename: Crimson Viper.

C. Viper has the abilities of fire, lightning, and some seismic powers. She is a master martial artist and is proficient with firearms.

She was sent to Urbadelphia to recruit Otherborns to the CIA, most particular a unique one named Aya Brea. She also has a secondary mission of exposing and/or annihilating the Ghost Rider.

Type: Otherborn

Powers: Power nullification that is dependent on the number of Otherborns around him. For example

A single Otherborn would have: 1/10th of their power nullified.

Two would have 3/10th of their powers nullified

Three would be Half of their powers.

5 Otherborns would have a whooping 8/10th of their powers nullified. Any more than 5 you may as well be a human at the mercy of serial killer.

Background: This serial killer has an unknown background, however his killings have been known. Targeting Otherborns and humans alike, no regard for rules and such. However his attacks are always connected to the Ghost Rider, Sora Shimomura.
