HEY THERE EVERYONE. It's November, and you all know what that means! NANO TIMEEEE~~~ Everything else gets thrown to the wayside as our writing brains kick into full gear~ It's the most, wonderful time, of the year!
Hanging out with me here are Astran, the main character of my NaNo-half "Prophecy of Lunar" -
Astran: Yo!

Vash: Is it true that this forum almost entirely consists of beautiful young ladies? *sparkle*

....who star in my other NaNo-half, which is the origin story of how Nekub became the legendary Head Watcher we all know and love.
Neku: *eyeroll* Yeah. She's writing my sob story. Thanks ever so much.

After long time of consideration, I've come to one conclusion as to what I want to write... Namine's story. And yeah I know, I've written a lot about her in short stories already. But I want to explain what the heck she's gone through and what she's seen and whom she had/s to deal with and well... I want to get it down before it comes out of my mouth and disappears forever...

My NaNo summaries can be found at my NaNo account, but... hm.
I'm writing two NaNos. One, as I've mentioned, is about Neku's backstory. The other is far more interesting.
Astran: That would be my story. You see... I'm not really human. As for how that makes any sense, well, that's a longer story. My story's called "Prophecy of Lunar".

Okay! Thanks, Miri. Alright, guys. SO... this is my story.
Allorum is a planet a couple dimensions over from Earth, where you live. Its natural law is governed by thirteen Elements of Magic - Earth, Wind, Lightning, Fire, Water, Light, Darkness, Ice, Steel, Life/Growth, Death, Twilight, and Void. A long, long time ago, Allorum's moon, Ketuluna, was home to a vast civilization governed by an energy that wasn't really an element - Lunar.
However, the gods became jealous of the Lunar race; favored by the twin goddesses Ketu and Luna, the Ketulunans had long lifespans, advanced technology, and more. So the gods sent their servant, the Archangel of War, to destroy it.
The Ketulunans fell to the planet's surface. Desperate to make peace with the less-than-friendly natives, they created thirteen satellites, each to enhance a single Alloran element. A soul was given to each to accomplish this purpose.
However, something went wrong, and one of the souls ended up inside the body of one of the mage-scientists in charge of the project, who died in a tragic accident caused when the ensoulment went awry.
And thus, you've got me! Astran! My original purpose was as the Lunar of Death, but I helped all the scientists despite my unfortunate semi-mortal condition.
Miri: ....semi-mortal? Astran, you're immortal. That's not semi-mortal!
Well, I've still got some not-quite-immortal problems! Like, energy burnout! Sayara never has that issue!
Miri: *eyeroll* Whatevs. Continue.
Aaanyway. So, I helped out, but bad shit happened. And... stuff. Hey, if you wanna know more, pester Miri to finish the gorram book!
Miri: ....gee. Thanks, Astran.
Lea: Yeah, man, stop pestering her! She might just not finish because, y'know, she's upset at you!
Miri: HEYYY! NOT FAIR.
Aaaanyway. here's the stats:

I'm strongly debating whether or not to do NaNo this year, I don't think I have time to not only plan something out but also get it done... Shizuo's backstory sounds tempting but I also want to do something more original. In which case, I wanted continue the story I started last year (It only seems like yesterday I started writing it O.o) and just keep working on that instead rather than giving myself a time limit. And simply do it for my enjoyment... That was until I just searched my computer and found the file's no longer there... *Le Cry*
So! Now I don't even know what to do! Ehehehehehe...

HeHeHe! Found one of my old stories to continue throughout November, I've decided not to put it on NaNoWriMo, I'd consider myself cheating if I put up an already started story. But still, so far I have 5136 words already down, and I'll try to keep you all updated on how it's going! ^_^
