(If it's not a problem, I'm going to write my character bio in first person, though I will most likely rp in third.)

Hi there to whoever. My name's Shiki Misaki, but just call me Shiki. As far as I know, I'm a sixteen year old red head Otherborn. My personality is pretty simple; just get on my good side and you'll be fine. If you choose not to, then the only thing I can tell you is to prepare yourself because you just might regret that choice. I'm going to warn you now, whether the Otherborn hate me or not, I'm not leaving anytime soon.

Why would I say that? I might as well explain, since you're probably wondering about my history. I'm a runaway, running from my past, running from my future. You see, my family has some demon history in it that broke off a few generations back. Though I still have a little demon blood running through me. Because of this I have a little bit of a higher stamina than most Otherborn, and my abilities are slightly more powerful. Still if you compare me to any Otherborn, we have the same chances of dying in a fight. Oh and that 'running from my future' part, I'm running from any demon family member of mine that might know I exist. So yes, I have no interest in a family reunion anytime soon.

What are those abilities? I can summon fire, use it as a weapon and all that good stuff. My eyesight is also different from humans. I can see farther than most, and see better in the dark. That's all I got, but just remember, I'm not an innocent little girl. I can be quite dangerous.

You want to know what I'm up to? I'm a Contact for the very loosely connected organization for Otherborn. Would you suspect an innocent looking little girl? I thought not. I don't want to see so many Otherborn slain. I'll do my best to protect my allies, and take traitors down. Whether you trust me or not, hate me or not, I don't care. I won't try and change your opinion. I'm here, and I'm helping one way or the other.

Affiliation: Shiki's uncle

Sin is a demon related to Shiki, her uncle to be exact. Her parents and him made a deal when she was younger that involved her, though the details of it have yet to be said to anyone. When Shiki ran away he went after her, but the Network was able to force him back once they found the girl. It's been three years since he's seen Shiki, and he intends to eventually get her and bring her into the Otherworld and get his part of the deal. Sin does everything for his own selfish wants and desires. He has no care for what happens to anyone but himself. He's able to use a dark fire, a fire that is made up of darkness and negativity, that's much more deadly than Shiki's own.

Name: Damon

Age: Appears to be 17- one of the “younger” demons

Race: Demon

Appearance: He takes on more of his demon appearance; Shoulder length black hair that’s silver streaked, pale skin, his face is rather handsome with gold eyes (black if blending in), pointed ears, left ear has three piercings, has three rings on each hand, and pointed teeth. He's about six feet tall, usually seen in dark clothing.

Demon Form: Unknown

History: Damon met Sin twenty years ago, and the older demon allowed him to be one of his men-a huge deal because not just anyone could be. He quickly became Sin’s right hand man, bringing unrest across the others aligned with their leader. Damon was treated better than most, and he earned his own powers over the group that he used to his advantage. When Shiki was on the run Sin tasked him with the job of making sure she didn’t get killed on the streets. He was very interested as to why Sin was so persistent with his niece, so Damon took the job without complaint. He got to know Shiki well, personality wise only, over time and she changed him without knowing...but not much. He’s in Urbadelphia now because of Sin, and is hoping to not only seeing the red head again, but to see the results of Sin’s plan in the end…

Abilities: Damon’s an illusionist, so much of his fighting skills lie there. He can get inside of anyone’s mind and make them see anything he’d like. However if they have a strong mind it may be harder to make them believe what’s happening is real. He doesn’t like to make illusions of natural abilities often, so he focuses more on weapons, mainly swords and guns. When he does this type of illusion it’s easily perceived by real as everyone, which makes the pain he inflicts real as well. But, again, if the person or being is strong minded the pain will either not be as bad or they will feel nothing at all.

Personality: Even though he’s high status in Sin’s book, loyalty only goes so far with him. Damon’s idea of loyalty is to carry out his orders, which he does, and not much farther than that. He’s with Sin only for a job, and even entertainment. His excuses to Shiki tend to be, “Sin’s orders” and that never did go well with her. Damon does what he wants; he isn’t really bound by any moral feelings to anything else. If his actions are seen as good, fine. If they’re seen as bad or evil, he’s also fine with it. He’s laid back and unafraid, only doing what interests him. At the same time there's also a rare side of him that shows him actually caring for something, though he's very good at concealing that part of him.

And there's Damon for you. (Just realized how close his name is to the word "demon"...but I'm too stubborn to change it...) Hope he's alright.
