Okay guys, come on, let's hear it. What are your guilty pleasures when it comes to music? I'm going to list a few of mine below, some of them I'm guilty of because simply they don't fit into my musical tastes and some just because I shouldn't even know them... 1 - Smooth Criminal - Michael Jackson 2 - Ievan Polkka - Loituma 3 - What is Light? Where is Laughter? - Twin Atlantic 4 - Mountains - Biffy Clyro The reason for all of these is quite simple. I'm a heavy music sort of guy, not gonna' lie. I normally listen to Five Finger Death Punch, that sort of thing. And then suddenly I'm listening to Pop, Finnish Folk Music and Scottish music... And best of all...I've not done that last one for the lulz. I honestly do just like the song...

Hmmm. My guilty pleasures....
I really really like girly technopop. Since in the past I've either been hardcore redneck New Country/Southern Rock, or hardcore alternative punk rock, many of my friends (who tend toward the goth variety) lok at me strangely when they realize that Katy Perry and Lady Gaga have snuck their way onto my playlist.
I refuse to call Owl City a guilty pleasure - the man is just too gorram amazing and he's got a Shakesperean knack for playing with the English language.
Other than that.... filk (sci-fi/fantasy folk) isn't so much of a guilty pleasure as it is a weird music taste. *shrug*

Hmm, for me it would be Lady Gaga. Why are her songs so catchy dammit I guess dubstep to, I love dubstep for some reason.

Yes! Dubstep too! But you find pretty awesome stuff when it comes to Dubstep, like a dubstep version of the Imperial March from Star Wars... You do not see that everyday :')

Thriller unfortunately wormed it's way into my playlist.
Which is odd as I'm more a movie score/Jimmy Buffet/Blues/Jazz listener. (My parents practically raised me on Jimmy Buffet and my mother introduced me to Jazz music)
Not much otherwise unless you count nostalgic tv themes.

I'm a jazz listener myself! I've been playing the drums for the past 4-5 years and just last year I started listening to and playing Jazz, you know, broadening my horizons :3

Good for you man! I've never played an instrument in my life, always had more of a flare for the dramatic arts aka acting.

Good luck with that! Can't carry a tune in a bucket but I can put more soul and emotion into any part because I get very enthusiastic.

Nice one! I got excited because the play we're doing now is the first role I have in which I get to shout at someone angrily :')

Wish I had that part...I've mostly been a background character in plays because they've all been MUSICALS.

Hahah, a lot of budding actors here, huh? I'm personally pretty musical, although I don't have a single decent microphone to record with, so I end up sounding like, five years younger than I am whenever I'm recorded -_-;;;

I can't act xD Oh well. Singing voice is iffy because the one friend that has heard me sing goes back and forth on whether I'm a good singer. First it's "You kinda suck" then it's "I didn't say you sucked, I just said you weren't very loud" Yeah...
