He stood, then descended the steps to the floor, hands in his pockets and that smirk on his face.
"Awww, but taunting you is just so fun," he 'complained', grinning all the while. "You remind me of a friend of mine, so scared of yourself, so unsure of yourself..." He took the last three steps all at once, a little hop and he stood right in front of her. "Tell me, what advice did the Rider give you? Surely it didn't take three days to ask for his help... I wonder if you got help from someone else, too... perhaps your fearless leader? Or maybe the Halfer? How wonderful the blood will look, it'll match that hair of his..."

Shiki stepped back, not wanting to be close to him. His words were starting to scare her, as much as it hurt to admit. They're just mind games. She repeated Sora's advice over and over in her head. "How many times to I have to tell you? No one will die. I won't let them die for me. Why bring up Lea? He barely knows me." He wouldn't do it to, would he?

"He's close to you," Izaya said, still advancing. "If Sin deems it necessary, he'll slaughter the whole Urbadelphia chapter of the Network to get to you. Lea, Neku... the man with black hair who lives in your building. The rich blonde who just moved in on Main Street, and her quarter-blood guardian. That blue-haired, single mother of twins you have lunch with. He'll even slaughter the Ghost Rider, find him in human form and just slit his throat right across." He placed a finger on her neck and slid it across as casually as he might undo a zipper. "Riiiipppp." He grinned.

Shiki attempted to swat his hand away from her neck and then took a farther step back. It was too late for her to stop him, he was already in her head. The nightmares she'd been having were all too real now. She wanted to leave, to get as far from Izaya as possible. But she had a feeling that he wasn't going to let her go.
Her phone vibrated and she jumped. She took it out and opened it, reading the text. Carefully glancing up at Izaya, she then went back to her phone. She wasn't answering the text though. Shiki scrolled down the numbers she had and stopped at the one she needed. Sora With one click she let the call be sent, then after waiting and pretending to read over another text she closed her phone. "You sound like you know my uncle personally. Though I wouldn't doubt it."

He laughed. "You might say that... But you haven't paid me for that information." He skipped backwards. "I suppose I'd better give up on this lost cause... such a cold customer." He raised his hands in a shrug, then turned around. "Oh well... too bad about your friends, though!" he called back.

See, Sora had lied, or forgot to mention, a certain something. See when Shiki expressed her hatred to Ichigo Sora had been tracking her for a long time. So knowing her routine and schedule was cake, he was nearby when she ringed him. Now that he knew she was in trouble he was there, having already transformed into Ghost Rider he wasted no time.
In a total of three minutes after Shiki rang for him, a chain swung out and wrapped itself around Izaya's neck. Dragging him off the stands to the transformed Rider, who picked him up by his feet.
"Hello Izaya, lets talk."

"Well, hello, there," he said, looking incredibly smug for someone who was being held by the neck. "Looks like someone's ignored his Master's orders to stay away from me..."
Then shadows swirled in, 'disappearing' Izaya and spitting him out again somewhere else - possibly where he'd been standing the whole time, although the way he rubbed his neck suggested otherwise.
"I have to say, it's finally a pleasure to meet you in person, though I doubt you feel the same." He grinned.

In seconds the chain was around his throat again, Ghost Rider wasted no effort to keep him close, though he couldn't drag him to him again he did give a strong tug to show how serious he was.
"Sora was, I was not given any such order. I see you're harassing Otherborns, I think I may file that as a violation. Perhaps you need to spend a few hundred years back in your cell Izaya?"

The tug caused him to stumble slightly, but he didn't fall, or lose his signature grin.
"So the King of Demons wishes to go back on his deal, then?" he asked. "Collar me like a good little mutt... woof woof." His arms were crossed. "Sorry, but this little 'incident' doesn't concern you, Ghost Rider. Simply business... if the lady wishes to make her choice, it's not for you to interfere."

Ghost Rider then pulled him again, violently, across the field he pulled the chain closer and close till Izaya was in hands reach. Grabbing him and slamming him to the ground, he pulled Izaya close.
"Perhaps you are mistaken, you're not making the deals now. I am, and here's the good deal. I let you got about your merry way selling information to whomever you please and you stay away from ANY Otherborns that do not come to you yourself. By the way, this is good deal, cause my other offer?" he grabbed him and held him in the air, a small circle opened beneath the area Izaya was hovering where rotting hands reached for the demon. "You're going back to your cell."

Izaya laughed. "I suppose I can handle that..."
He would give in for now; he wouldn't give his word that he agreed, and after all - with the way things stood, and if he gave up, there would be a chance for him to worm his way out eventually - especially if this little incident went unreported. If he were put back into his cell, there would be no escape. He shrugged.
"Only, though, on the condition that you let Miss Misaki make her choice. If she chooses to drop it, then I'll let her go forever, scot-free as the humans say... I'll never bother her again unless she shows up on my doorstep; this I swear, and if you know as much as a Ghost Rider should, you'll know that once given, my kind never break their word..."

"Her choice has already been made, maybe you forgot when I said this is a non negotiable deal. No conditions. No changed terms. You get in their heads and change up their feelings, Sora Shimomura has seen her conviction not to trust you. This is a non-negotiable deal. You can deal with any Otherborn who approaches you on their free will and accepts your terms on their free will, but not the others otherwise." he lowered him down a bit further. "Now, wants your answer? Say anything else but your choice on either my terms or the cell and I choose the deal for you."

"Oh no!" he cried out. "Please, please don't send me back there! I'll never bother an Otherborn again!"
There was something wrong, though; as he pleaded, he grinned, his voice sarcastic and sadistically pleased.
It also came from behind the Ghost Rider.
"Not."
The being he'd thought was Izaya dissipated - simply a shadow, a trick of the light made real. The real Izaya's foot braced itself on Ghost Rider's back.
Then he pushed forward.
"How about option three? You take a tumble into my cell, and you go back and tell Mr. King to keep his Riders' noses out of my business, like we agreed."

Ghost Rider snapped his fingers and the cell door closed as quickly as it opened. He quickly then turned and hoisted Izaya by his shirt.
"Clever. Nearly had me, next time remember I open the cell doors at will." Ghost Rider held him up at eye level. "Mr. King isn't the one coming here, I am. And know this, no matter where you go, what you do, what you scheme: I will always be here to stop you."

He laughed.
"I admit, I think you have me, this time," he said, shrugging, but his grin was too large. "Very well... I swear to leave the Network alone from now on. I also will not bother the Otherborn, as per your... ah... 'request'."
Demand, really. He hadn't dealt with a Rider in quite a long time, admittedly; he'd underestimated the creature's skill. Perhaps the rumors were true, and the Rider grew more powerful with each passing incarnation...
