There are rumors people hear in Urbadelphia. About a person in a an all black outfit with a blue and yellow helmet with cat ears on it who rides a black motorcycle with no lights and sounds like a horse instead of an engine. Why it's here no one knows but it's obvious it's after something.

I'm not as scary as I seem. My name is Celty Sturluson. I'm a demon but a good demon who's just looking for my head as without it I feel my memories slipping away from me. I don't remember much about my past only that something ambushed me in the middle of the night and stole it. They'd better hope they have a good place to hide because I'll find them. If it weren't for my friend Shinra whom I'm living with now, I'd never would have found out whoever it was was hiding in Urbadelphia. He tells me I may not need my head but I won't know until I find it. Surprisingly, he wasn't freaked out when he found out I was a demon muchless headless but I thank him for that.

My horse is also from the Otherworld. It follows me everywhere because I had saved it from being destroyed and owes a life debt but I like to think of it as a friend.

My powers are I can have my bike(horse)change at will to any other vehicle I may need. I can also form weapons and tentacles from my shadow.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a head to find.

Hey, I don't want to step on Sora's toes, but I do have a couple questions.

First of all, if you want Izaya - or anyone else's character, to be honest - to be part of your backstory, you should ask me or whoever is playing the character first, y'know? Unless you meant someone else with a black coat and white fur lining, in which case, is totally cool.

Also - how does a Dullahan fit into this world's setting? Most mythical creatures here were inspired by legends of demons or Otherborn. I would prefer that from now on, if someone wishes to create something not provided for in the setting, if they ask me first. I'm willing to let this bio and any 'grandfathered' bios through, since I haven't really been clear on that before and it wouldn't be fair to enforce a rule that's not up, but from now on, that is going to be site policy.

Third - can you put up Shinra's app to claim him as an NPC? Unless you're going to create him as a main, in which case, you can do that as well. If you don't, it's alright, it's just he'll likely not show up in actual RP (similar to the way that Shiki and I are using Mr. H)

The plan was for Izaya to have her head much he does in the anime but If you don't want that I'll be more than happy to change it.

Also, it doesn't help I did this at 4 in the morning after having watched the entire Durarara!! series.

I'm going to flex my creative muscle and rework this bio some more. Let me know what you want I'll be happy to do it.

Shinra was going be referenced but he will be claimed as an NPC if I decide to do something with him.

I need to think things through next time. I hate causing you guys to take time out to point out flaws but that's how things work.

Hey, ti's not a problem. Experience comes with practice, my fine feathered friend! You can't learn anything if you are not taught.

Also - yeah, no, sorry, Izaya likely does not have Celty's head, and if he did, you'd have to have asked me about it first ^^ It's generally considered polite to ask someone before you use their character, I'll put that up in the etiquette thread ^^
