Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie!

I'm an earth pony with a Pink mane and coat. I love the colour pink, but I also love blue, purple, yellow, white and orange!

I've been an Otherborn for so long that I don't even remember the first time I witnessed a demonic outbreak. I haven't told anypony that I'm an Otherborn, because Granny Pie made me Pinkie-Pie-Swear not to. Losing a friend's trust is the fastest way to lose a friend forever!

I'm super cheerful, and will try my hardest to make you smile. A lot of ponies think I'm strange and sometimes even annoying, but I can promise you that I'm the best friend a pony could have! If you're feeling down, I can cheer you up quickly! However, when I'm upset, it can be hard to get me to smile again.

My best friends are Rainbow Dash, Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack. They are the most important things to me in the whole universe! We represent the elements of harmony, and I'm 'Laughter'. I think this might be why my Otherborn abilities are so powerful; I can do anything as long as it's funny.

Even with all these demons around the Otherworld, I feel it's important to stay bright and optimistic. I know it's hard, but together, we'll make it. I just know it.

Alright. So, now that I'm a litle more awake (and incredibly bored -_-; I have enough time and concentration to get to your bio.

First of all - you're not from this dimension, correct? Likely, another world bordering on the Veil? How did you get here? You're an Otherborn - so what's your power? When you came here, are you still a pony? Or did you become a human? (Kind of like in KH, where Sora changes to match the world) Either way is perfectly acceptable.

You could also edit your backstory a little as an option, if you choose to do that, I'll work with you to come up with something interesting to keep the character's integrity~ She's so adorable, we need more adorable characters on here

Okay, sorry haha! Sometimes I can get a little ahead of myself!

No, I'm not from this dimension ((I'm not actually sure if Equestria is a country or world or whatever, so I'm just gonna roll with that haha)), Princess Celestia sent me here with her Alicorn magic. All she told me before I got here was that she knows my secret and she knows that my help is needed. I miss my friends, but I'm not one to ignore the princess! Besides, I can always make new friends, and hopefully I'll get to see them again one day!

As said, I can do anything as long as it's funny! ((Is that godmodding? I can change that if needed)). This can include pulling things out of nowhere, being able to use the most outrageous things as weapons and more ((I'd like to keep this as random as possible, since Pinkie's a very random character, again, I can change that if you think I'm godmodding))! When things get serious, I can turn those frowns upside down in (as Applejack would say,) lickity-split! Sometimes I can be a bit brash, like acting silly at inappropriate times, but it's never on purpose, promise!

I'm still a pony, and I'm not used to all these strange people here. I've never seen anything like you guys, but I hope we can still be friends!

((What do you suggest I add to my backstory? I'm open to ideas. I was reading some of the lore here and it seems like there's gonna be quite a bit of angst, so I wanted Pinkie to be light-hearted to balance it out! It'll be interesting, being the first pony here, too! I'd like to implement sad-Pinkie into this Her hair turns flat and she goes a little bit cuckoo. But I don't really know how... Maybe a kind of "even the happiest pony gets sad sometimes" kind of thing?))

Hey, it's no problem THere is quite a bit of angst, but we need laughter to balance it out!

I'd like it if you added some limits to your character's abilities - while something like "I can do anything funny" works pretty well in a TV show, it doesn't work as well in RP where you aren't scripting the story around the character, everyone else is acting and reacting to each other.

Backstory... hmm. I like the idea of having been sent from another dimension to help; it makes sense in its own way, because it's not like, "I was ranodmly wandering around in Ponyland and poof! Suddenly I'm here", it has some thought behind it and stuff.

Maybe we could say that your ability is materialization, somewhat like Aqua? With pulling things from nowhere. And thre's a limit as to what size of things and how much you can do that. But due to your personality, you like to make it as silly as possible?

And then, as a secondary ability, you can boost morale/lift spirits - give people the 'warm fuzzies' in order to cheer them up and make them laugh?

As for you still being a pony - we can totally work with that. Just, uh, don't get too upset (at least out of character) if everyone has odd reactions to you. After all - you're a cheerful, bubbly, happy-go-lucky pink pony; people don't really see that every day.

I don't mind people acting surprised, ((that's part of why I decided to RP as Pinkie, it would be random and out-of-nowhere ahaha)) since they'll get over it eventually.
