Hello my name is Itchigo Kurosaki and I am a 17 years old, 5’11” and weigh 145 llbs. Things are not as simple as they seem, it all started when I was just 8 years old, and these monsters called hollows killed my mom leaving my two sisters Karen and Yuzu without a mother. For years I didn’t understand why nobody else could see them, until about 3 years ago. It was when I discovered my full positional as a soul reaper that I swore to slaughter the mindless hollows that broke apart my happy family. I will not rest until I have killed every last hollow, demon and murderer out there so that nobody else will ever have to suffer another tragedy like my family did.
While I have no former training in martial arts or the sword, over the last 3 years I have honed my kills in the heat of battle and slain many powerful opponents. Things are yet more complicated there is a hollow in me that I must keep under control, (or else he will steal control of my body, and kill everybody close to me). Much of my strength comes from shear will to win, the rest of it comes from this hollow in me. Often we will talk to one another, only to make it look like im talking to myself! But by dominating this hollow inside of me, I am able to transform myself into an hollowfied version of myself, (while remaining in control) I can not keep this state going forever there are limits and the more I push myself the more the hollow inside me pushes for control (often waiting to strike me down at my weakest moments).
Things remain to be complicated as my sword is no ordinary sword, it is a extension of my soul and is a part of me but also isn’t. This sword is known as a zanpakto, and his name is Zungetsu which lightly translated means Moon Fang. Me and Zangetsu will also talk from time to time when I am in desperate need of him (often during my toughest opponents, he will lend me his strength to finish the fight). Together me and Zangetsu are unstoppable, nothing will get in our way we will not allow it.
Something else you should know about me is that in my physical form I am just an ordinary human, but when I shed my body I am in my true form. You will never catch me in my physical body outside of my home town Karakura Town. What do I do with my body you might ask yourself? Well I can not just leave it laying around unconscious I’ve had people think that I had died when I came back a few times, the solution is Kon. Kon is a Shinigami who’s spirit is kept in the form of a pill. I keep the pill inside a stuffed animal when he isn’t keeping my body out of trouble. Unfortually Kon… doesn’t know how to behave himself when in my body really and the first thing he does is go looking for girls.

Zangetsu
Shikai
Shikai is Zangetsu’s original form which looks like a oversized cleaver. He has no tsuba and no proper hilt. Zangetsu in this form is as tall as Ichigo and has a silver blade with a black edge.
Shikai special ability – Getsuga Tensho. At the instant of the slash, Zangetsu absorbs his spiritual energy and releases highly condensed spiritual energy at the tip of the blade, magnifying the slash attack and then flies forward. The Energy released takes the form of a crescent moon.
Bankai
Unlike most Bankai forms, which usually create some sort of massive creatur or effect, the bankai accually shrinks his sword down to a long sword with white blade, crossguard, and handle instead. Zangetsu in this form has massive power.
Bankai special ability – Enhanced Getsuga Tensho. Basically the same as the special ability of the Shikai form of Zangetsu just much much larger and deadly.
