Appearance: Tom is an average sized guy with a dark skin complexion, he has brown dreadlocks that fall to around shoulder length as well as brown eyes to match. He is almost always seen in a suit due to his occupation as a debt collector, he likes to look professional and yet he needs to look like he’s willing to get his hands dirty (Or better yet, get Shizuo’s hands dirty). It should also be noted that Tom wears glasses.

History: Tom met Shizuo when they were both in middle school, it was then that when some kids were trying to pick on the then brown haired Shizuo, for the loss of his family, they received a major beating. Tom decided if he was going to get through school alive he’d need to make sure not to get on the bad side of Shizuo Heiwajima. It was Tom who suggested Shizuo dye his hair to make more a reputation for himself and avoid more fights. Together, they managed to get through the year with Shizuo hurting a minimal amount of people, many thanked Tom for taming ‘the rabid dog’ however those that referred to Shizuo as a dog around Tom usually had an angry blonde chasing them.
When they went to separate high schools (Shizuo was a fully fledged demon hunter at this point) his work would be undone by Shizuo meeting one Izaya Orihara. Shizuo would drift from day job to day job, unable to hold something on the side to have a steady source of income due to his rages, it was then that Tom approached, now a debt collector, he offered Shizuo a job as his muscle, he said that he may have to beat a few people up, but his mere name and reputation should simply scare them into submission. Shizuo caved and took the job and the pair were highly successful. When Tom went on holiday, Shizuo was left to his own devices, but now Tom’s back, and he’s ready to get back to work…
