Brisk footsteps walked down a hallway, twisting and turning round a route that they clearly knew well. A black and gold uniform brought the attention of others and their eyes lingered on the logo emblazoned upon it, many stepped aside, some saluted but they all knew who he was. Kyoshiro Ayanokōji was not from Urbadelphia. He was an Otherborn definitely but certainly not from nearby, he was a member of The Network as well but operated in a different section within Urbadelphia. The Jōtō Section. The Jōtō Section was a sort of sub-division within the Network in Urbadelphia, it consisted of a rare few demon hunters who were used primarily as assassins, slipping into the Otherworld, assassinating a high ranking demon and then getting out without anyone knowing what had happened. Kyoshiro had earned a reputation as an avid demon hunter with little to no emotion at all.
Considered by many to be a dangerous character, he has been sent to Urbadelphia to assist them in the growing threat of the demons and hopefully present it from ever breaking out into a Code Alpha. He is considered by many as a last resort, due to his hostile nature mainly to those who simply stand in his way. Twice he has been reprimanded for assaulting civilians who have interfered in what he considered to be 'Network Business', and he has no doubt in his mind that he'd be welcomed with some hostility, but that was fine. He'd be returning said hostility just as much, he had more important things to be doing other than babysitting a group of Otherborn who were struggling with containing a demon threat.
Exiting the building he had been marching through, he picked up a suitcase and entered a taxi which had been hired (for double the fee in order to not ask questions) to take him further into Urbadelphia to a small club named 'The Veil' in which apparently The Network members of the city were having a meeting. He was all up for gatecrashing.
It wasn't so much that Kyoshiro was a bad person, he wasn't, underneath his icy shell he was a kind and if he was being honest, loving person. But he was also business like, he had a job to do and he was going to do it, no matter what the cost was, no matter what people thought of him. How was he going to help combat this demon threat? With his powers of course. Since his birth, Kyoshiro had been able to see and communicate with deceased spirits, one whom he had a certain connection with was Sir Alastair Givven, a Templar Knight from the Third Crusade, they discovered that through the use of an old mask, the two could join together and Kyoshiro could use all of Givven's skill and power in combat. One of his strongest abilities that he discovered only years ago is 'Spirit Link' Kyoshiro can draw Sir Givven from his mask and instead place him in his katana, warping it into the knights longsword, making his attacks stronger but sacrificing some of his skill. Givven believes that the technique could be (when mastered) used on Kyoshiro's body as a whole, effectively placing Givven on the battlefield.
Not much is known about Kyoshiro's past and he usually refuses to speak to people on the matter, the only thing that is known is he has a passion for playing the violin. And if anything, he's quite the romantic which earned him the nickname of the 'Purple Heart' among his Jōtō Section companions, a reference to both his hair color and his romantic nature. The taxi pulled up outside of The Veil and Kyoshiro exited, retrieving his bags he raised an eyebrow at the building, pushed his glasses further up his nose and sighed. It was going to be a long few months.

There you go guys! I have a few questions about making this character just to make sure if certain things are okay and such ^_^
1) Is it okay with me making the Jōtō section? It would just make keeping the character more canon to his actual Shattering Angels self much easier ^_^
2) Is it okay for Kyoshiro to hop straight into the 'Planning An Entry' thread?
3) Would I count Alastair as an NPC? Only Kyoshiro can see him and communicate with him and he's more like a weapon if anything, but the pair will converse at times and such.
