I wanna make a Nekami AMV to that lovely song above~ But I don't just wanna put the clips together... I wanna MAKE them myself... Does anyone know of any program besides flash I can do something like that with? Something... I don't know... cheaper?

Because I don't want this idea to die D: like all my other dreams of animating the clips myself
