Back story: Rinslet came to Urbadelphia for the same reason she ever goes anywhere. There was something to steal. As a thief-for-hire, she has worked in the city for a variety of interesting characters (Pun intended), some nicer than others.
Of these, her favorite person was definitely Train Heartnet, a demon assassin. Though he (as of yet) does not acknowledge her crush on him, she's sure he'll come around eventually. In the meantime, she might as well enjoy what the city has to offer.
Personality: She is very charismatic, a trait which has helped her in the past with her job. She can keep her head pretty well in a bad situation, but try not to provoke her temper. Rinslet also cares a lot for the people she considers friends, but can get pretty jealous when it comes to crushes.
Powers/Abilities:
She has the ability to make herself invisible for brief periods of time. Brief being anywhere from 5 seconds to several minutes, but the longer she stays invisible to more she has to concentrate to maintain it.
She carries a gun and is a decent shot, but one of her main items is a whip with a heart shaped tip, which could be used for a number of things. I'll let you mull that one over for a few moments.
