It was a starry night, and then there was a large shooting star, coming fast down towards the City outskirt. However, this isn't your normal shooting star, this is a ship, carrying Vyse. He rubbed his eyes as he finally got his vision back, and notice that he was heading straight towards a massive island.
"Oh boy! This isn't good... I should have asked Fina how to fly this ship..." He said to himself, as he steered towards an open field, and then BAM! He crashed into the ground, making a crater. After a bit, he stood up and cracked his back, "Man, you think I would get better after a second time of crash landing. " He said to himself, as he looked at his ship, but he didn't notice the people that came to look at the crater.

"As the heavens rang down, people cried, for there they saw the end of days coming to them."
The voice came from a man in all black clothes, wearing white make up and black eyeliner on his face. A cawing sound came and a crow landed on his shoulder.
"You don't look like the end of days," the strange said to Vyse.

"Hmm?" Vyse said he looked at the man with the crow on his shoulder. "Oh hey. No, I am not an end of days air pirate, just your normal blue rouge. " He looked around, then up at the sky, then back at the man, "So where am I? I don't see the moon this continent is under."

The crow on his shoulders cawed and flew off, he smiled at the young man in crater before he responded. "You may have hit your head, for we are not are not governed by a moon. No, we just howl at it."
He looked at his clothes and sat down on a jutted rock in the crater. "You came a long way...have a story to tell?"

"A long way? I was in Arcadia and then there was flash, then I was crashing towards the ground..." He said to the man, but he finally got a better look at Fina's ship, and notice it was missing the bottom section. "Oh crud. Fina isn't going to be happy about this."

"Arcadia huh..." the stranger said, "Quite a fantastical tale. I have nothing to match it."
He looked at the wreckage, "Since it does not seem like you are able to sail into the blue just yet. Perhaps we should move away from this spot? A few people do not like it when things crash on their yard, they'll come to investigate."

Vyse was looking at his ship, then he looked back at the man. "Yea, make sense." He walked over to the ship, and pulled out 2 cutlasses, and held them. One of them he held like you imaged how one would hold a sword, while the other one he held like as if it was an elbow blade.
"So, is there a town I can stay at near by?"

The stranger looked at Vyse before he spoke, "The town is right ahead...but if you want answers...try a little place called The Veil. People as equally unique as you gather there, you're better off finding information there."

"The Veil, got it." Vyse said, as he started to walk off in the direction that the man told him, "I am assuming you aren't coming along with me? Can I at least know your name?" He asked him.
