Just wondering, I'm a bit interested, but the forum has so much on it I just can't seem to find out if it's open for people to just jump in or something

The best way to figure it out is to see what kind of thread it is and if you're character, whatever character is it you decide to make, can fit in. If you're even more unsure you can Private Message the maker of the thread to see if you can join.

I think what this person is asking is whether you can just make a character and join the forum as a whole or if you have to ask permission first or something like that
If that's what you are asking then yeah. You can make a character and enter the rp at anytime, whether the forum is in the middle of a plot or not ^_^ Newbies are always welcome

Actually, Aya missed something. While you can make a character, you have to wait for the character to be approved before you post.
