You seem to have good listening skills so I may as well tell you... All Norms are tainted and ugly, no one is divine and no one can even claim to be pure... Not even I though I try... All humans are born with want for starters, a self preservation that chokes out everything else besides their desires. And all that is evil comes from this want... As long as this want is strong one cannot purify themselves...

"Yes." She was following alright, though she wasn't exactly liking what she heard. How was she supposed to be perfect? It wasn't like she wanted to be. Besides if wants were the root of all evil, then she was far from pure.

Heck yeah, thanks to Sin and that night. She still had no idea what was wrong with her. But like she was going to tell the doctor that. "Not really, no. I don't really focus on ordinary anyway." Who knows if they could tell she was lying, but it didn't really matter to Shiki.

*Avi hadn't been around long, but s/he had noticed that sometimes Otherborn spoke to one another in code. It had happened randomly on the street, but the words spoken had a meaning, one that Avi caught onto after a moment. And now s/he wishes to see if Shiki will understand their meaning*

It's not exacty a health issue you're going to know how to solve. "I'm sure." Shiki stared back at the doctor and caught their hint. So they knew about the Otherworld then. She wasn't as surprised considering their actions earlier that had kept her alert. Now that it was clear to her the doctor knew something, she'd might as well see how far it would go. Besides, they couldn't force any answers out of her. She tilted her head a little, "Why do you ask? Does it seem like it?"

She looked down at her hands, and shook her head, "I'm not sure...I don't know what...what he's done..." The words slipped out, but she didn't bother regretting what she'd said. They wouldn't know exactly what she was talking about. She looked up, "Can you tell?"
