So can anyone start a new thread? I'm just curious because I want to... in "The Labyrinth" in the area where Neku's art is the heaviest. Mostly because that sounds like the safest place for a cross over to occur. I've put a lot of thought into this, but one thing I've notice on here is that there are only TWO threads (in the actual RP) and a whole bunch of unexplored places.
This is why I ask... Can only Admins start new threads for RPing in?

No. Anyone can start a thread, Neku and I started the first two threads cause well...we had an idea for them. Anyone can start a thread.

Yeah, anyone can make a thread to RP in. I might want to put that in the rules, maybe put up a post on thread etiquette since there's a lot of people new to RP here.
We'd love to see you create a new thread, and maybe someone will be there waiting for you. Heck, you could make it "Open" like Cross the Veil and then anyone can join in to meet Kiara!
