“This is the current target.” the voice of a red head CIA agent spoke. “He's an Otherborn with an extremely dangerous ability, one that we have never seen from an Otherborn. Intense energy that can cause an explosion on an Atomic scale."
She paused to take a gander at the report in her hand, "From what we gander he first appeared in our radar when a city vanished from the world. We thought it was a missile strike, but it came from this guy. The CIA has labeled him too dangerous to be used as a weapon and there is no way in hell we're letting him go to the Network. We recently snagged an image of him and I want to nip this problem in the bud before he becomes worse.”
“He sounds like one dangerous guy all right!” a chipper voice rang out in the dark meeting room.
The red head turned her head and noted a very off sight, a man with a bright red coat was lounging in the chair with a box of doughnuts that was lunched on as if it was nothing.
“Um...who are you?” the redhead spoke, “How the hell did you get-”
She stopped as the mission computer finally located the image...the man in the photo was the man at the table, eating doughnuts. “Wait! That's him, Vash the Stampede!”
Vash blinked before the entire room turned their guns on him, he screamed, grabbed the box of doughnuts and ran for his life. “AW MAN WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN TO MEEEEEEEE!?”
Background Detail
Vash's ability is extremely destructive, and uncontrollable. Due to this extreme power and volatile nature he never uses his ability. In fact, he barely fights period. However he does have a silver six-shooter that sometimes sees action.
Luckily his powers are not gauged on an emotional level or stress factor, so not only does Vash not use them: it's highly unlikely they'll go off from emotional or physical stress. In fact, the process to engage this power is currently unknown...
