Aqua frowns and says softly, "He's... Been avoiding me... He hasn't come home yet, I'm sure there is a reason... Just let him know that I do want him, okay?"

She changed back after their conversation ended, and walked out to Sini. "Your mom called me...she's really worried about you."

"She didn't mention your brother..." Shiki placed her hands in her pockets, "But she did mention that you've been avoiding her." She raised an eyebrow at him, "So if that's true...then are you sure you're okay?"

Sini frowns, "I... Um... No." He looks away. "I don't want her to know the meds aren't working again, not even double the dose... And I'm out again anyways..."

Sininen takes a deep breath and then lets it out, "I... I, um... I sometimes hear these voices when I'm sad or angry... They try to convince me to hurt people... If my emotions aren't supressed enough they'll win... I don't want to be near mom if that happens, last time... Last time... Shiki... I almost killed a girl! I didn't mean to! It just happened... And it made them happy, it made them quiet for a while." He shivers and looks to his feet as he roughly wipes away forming tears. "That's why I wanted to find you... The thought of seeing you again made me happy... If I can stay happy all the time no one gets hurt... I don't like people getting hurt." Its as if he had fallen back into the mindset of that little kid whom attacked his best friend all over again. The tears come out now and he can't stop them as he cries silently into his risen arm.
"I'm sorry, Shiki," He whispers softly. "I'm sorry for using you... I really do like you... But I'm still... Still..." His tears become quiet, chocking sobs.
"I'm so sorry."

"Sini..." She breathed out his name and then wrapped her arms around him, holding him comfortingly, "There's no need to be sorry. I'm not upset with you, not at all." She paused a moment and then continued, "I understand you want to protect your mom. And that's a good thing, you care enough to hide what's really going on. But...avoiding her...it's just making her more suspicious. It's hurting you too and the longer you do this...the worse it's going to get."
She pulled back and moved his arm from his face so she could see his eyes, " I believe you don't want to hurt anyone and I understand what happened was an accident. But running won't solve anything. There are people that are worried about you. I'm worried about you. And we want to help I promise. So opening up like this...it's the right thing. Let us try and help, Sini. I know it might not sound convincing but...it's better to do this now than to have us find out another way."

Sini looks at her, watching her with a controlled expression, "I... I understand." He nods at her, he's not blocking her out either, he's just trying to get a hold of himself. He can feel the claws of the voices sinking into the creases of his brain. Their tones loving and lavishing his ego, saying they'll keep him safe just as long as he can get rid of the annoyance before him.
But he likes Shiki... He won't hurt her, he can't hurt her. His mother loves her, calls her her daughter. He loves his mother so he can fight them... For now. "I... I... Please keep talking, I need you to keep talking."
