She nodded, understanding, "Focus on me, okay?" Shiki slightly tightened her grip on his shoulders as if she could ground him physically. Her expression was calm but hard, she wanted to pull the voices out of his head and tear them to shreds. But for now, she had to keep Sini in control.
"I'm glad you told me this, and I'm glad you used me. If I kept you happy and safe at the same time, it doesn't bother me at all. I'll do everything I can to help you, Sini. Your mother, she'd do the same and I'm positive you know that. Dori would too, he cares. You can overpower the voices, you're strong. And you don't have to be alone, we'll be by your side the whole time." She kept her gaze locked on Sini, refusing to let it slip from his face for a second.

Sininen listens to her voice, her voice real unlike the ones in his head. Her gaze on him, watching him, and her strong grip. His breathing is coming out slow and controlled at first and then a little struggled as he shoves the voices back into that dark little pandora's box in his head. And slowly his breathing returns to normal.

She watched him quietly for a moment, waiting to see if anything would change. When nothing did she spoke, her voice calm and controlled, "Sininen, are you alright?"

He nods, his blue eyes closing, tired seeming, "Yeah... And you?" The voices had shut up for now... But they had promised him to come out to play again soon, his clock is ticking. "I think I need some sleep though." And he yawns before reaching into pockets and pulling out three pill bottles, he checks them over and shoves the two empty ones back into pocket and opens the last one, taking the lonely half a pill in it dry.
"That should wake me up though." It happening to the counter active to his sedative pills that takes around the time he feels the first pill wearing off, or at noon. And a couple hours later he's meant to take the one he just did to stay awake. But he can only take half a one because a whole one makes his psychotic. So to speak.

She let out a sigh, one that was half relief and half worry, "Concerned about you...but otherwise fine." Shiki placed a hand on her hip, looked away a moment, and then back to him again, "I think we should get you home. If you want I'll talk about this with your mom, or you can. Whatever you want to do, but I suggest that she finds out."

Sini shakes his head no, "I'd rather she not know... I can figure this out myself... Besides... I've got an appointment coming up in a couple days, I can last until then."

She bit her lip and stared at him, making up her mind. Finally she said, "If you're absolutely sure..." And then she reached into her pocket and pulled out a piece of paper and a pen, scribbling her number on it. "If you need anything, give me a call, alright? Minor or major or if you just need to talk, I'm here for you." She then placed the slip of paper in his hand.

Sini nods, "Of course... I'll try to resist the urge to just call to hear ya pretty voice all the time though." He then hugs her again, laughing brightly, as if the storm was over and the sun had come out brightly.

She laughed and hugged him back, "Alright." It was good to see him happier. I wish I could keep him like this all the time.

Sini holds her out at arms length and he gives her a hard look, "Just remember you're still a kid too, don't get too worked up over me. Alright? I don't wanna make ya upset or anything, ya hear?"

Shiki gave a smile, "I'll try my best not to." Then she asked, "You okay going home yourself or do you want me to come along?"

"I'm a big boy," He says with a cheeky smile. "I can handle myself~." He then bumps a fist against her shoulder before letting her go and turning.
He waves, "Later, Red." He then shoves his hands in his pockets and walks out of then store, head down, feet moving quickly, heart still a shaky from the rejection, but all in all he's holding together.
