I needed to find out more about this guy who just showed him killing an innocent person just to prove a point and since he seems to know Sora I might as well go to the source for some answers.
I approached the metal fence but that was about as far as I could go almost as if a solid wall was blocking my way.
"Sora! I know you're here. We need to talk about someone who seems to know you."

It was one of the few times Sora could sleep, Shiki was asleep too in the bed he provided for her. He walked to the window, looked outside, and his eyes narrowed. Walking downstairs he opened the door slightly and called out to Riku from behind the chain fence.
"What the hell do YOU want?"

"What I want? Have you been on The Network chat lately? Someone just forced us to watch a video of him strangling a man to death! He knows you as Ghost Rider and Sora. Not to mention he's going to try and kill Aqua and I need answers."

Riku breathed deeply. This was going to be awhile.
"Alright, I happened to be checking out the chat when I noticed someone named "Mr. Scratch" logged on saying that Ghost Rider killed someone and despite Neku's repeated attempts to ban him he kept hacking his way back in. Anyway, he started insulting him, me, and even you but the worst part is he uploaded a video of him killing a man and his rant that you used to be such a badass but you've gone soft and that you've squandered your powers to the server and forced it to play and when it finished he said wanted to flex his killing muscle as he was going to visit the "blue-haired whore" next.
As for what he looked like, he had brown wind-swept hair and he was wearing a business suit. He looked around your age. Ring any bells?"

Sora listened and felt his heart go cold, there was only one man who would call a single mother a 'whore', one man who could make a rise out of multiple people, all that topped with his description.

Sora narrowed his eyes at Riku, staring at him for a long time. He sighed.
"Riku, I don't hate you." he said, "But frankly, I am pissed at you at the moment. Lets ignore the fact you were siding with Jack of Blades, but a little digging and I found you had visited Izaya Orihara. Of all the moronic, idiotic moves you chose to visit the demon who just thrills himself on screwing with people. So, what the hell was important enough to do these stupid moves?"

I gripped my heart. This was going to be the hardest part.
"I wanted to know more about the thing that had attacked Noctis but then I thought about you and saw just how much you changed. Like a dark version of the guy I used to know so I asked for his help in finding out just what happened to you so maybe, just maybe I could help you out."
Tears were forming in my eyes but he deserved the truth.
"As for Jack, he made me an offer that if I helped him he would give me the power to end your servitude from the devil."
I switched into my Dark Mode.
"Pretty much everything I've done has been to help you in one way or another."

Sora had crossed his arms and sighed, "Geez when did you start wearing your heart on your sleeve. Let me get one thing perfectly crystal clear: I do not need help. I certainly do not need a protector, the hell I went through? I will never be protected by anyone again, ever."
A brief pause, "...I don't want to hear you associated with any of those people again, because if I find you working with them again? I'm taking you down. Understood?"

I switched out and turned away.
"Alright. Just remember, you may not want my help but I will be there should you need it."
I opened a dark portal and disappeared into the night, now to warn Aqua...

"I won't." he said when Riku disappeared, though his comment about Aqua set him fresh in his mind. He ran back inside and grabbed his cell phone, searching for Aqua's number before dialing.
