Jazz blinks before reaching out to Roxas and places a hand on his shoulder, the other over one of his hands, "Ra... Roxas... Are you alright?"

My brother grows angry and my sister grows soft. The Elder approaches with haste with whip in hand.
Roxas' hand grips onto Jazz's admittedly tighter than he had intended as he takes in a short gasp of air. His brain working double time within his skull as the demon continued to bombard him with mental images and speakings, sounding almost prophetical.
Vengeance shall clash with Protection, but it shall be Love that draws them together once again and Fighting that unifies them as one whole. Fukushu. Shukaku. Koibito. Sentoki
It suddenly stopped, the pain in his head faded to a dull thumping and raising his free hand to his forehead he found himself in a cold sweat. His breathes came thick and fast but more out of fear and shock rather than any actual physical pain. Looking down at Jazz he shook his head, clearing the memories before speaking "Y-yeah! I think I'm fine... Listen, Jazz..." He had made a decision just then. He couldn't risk anyone becoming his friend, or more, without them understanding the risks that he constantly carried. "I need to ask you a question."
"Have you ever heard of the OtherWorld?"

She watches as Roxas comes to, his breaths coming in short pants and she's worried, scared. His face holding fear and shock, his frightened eyes locking with hers when he looks down at her, blue to brown. When Roxas shakes his head she shutters, realizing a long held breath when he tells her he's fine. But then...
"I need to ask you a question."
Her full attention is still on him, but now its not so much worried, much more curious. She doesn't push him by asking what, knowing that he'll ask her with good time. But what he said next made her her heart stop. Her lungs close off. And her mind scream in pure fear.
"Have you ever heard of the OtherWorld?"
After a moment her body shudders back to life. Her breath coming in sharply and her spine trembles harshly before she nods. Shortly her mouth can form words, her tongue stumbling over them a little, "Y... Yes, I-I ha-ave." Her eyes shut a moment as her mind racks with memories of what she's seen, what she's heard. Her head shaking a few times before she look at Roxas with a horrified expression. "You've seen the monsters too? Heard their cries?"

"Heard their cries? They're all I can ever hear recently..."
Roxas pushed the thought aside as he smiled at the concern that flashed in Jazz's eyes before he decided to continue. He took a deep breath, it was clear that what she had seen of the Otherworld wasn't exactly pleasant, and whilst the last thing he wanted to do was bring up painful memories or scare her at all, he needed to make sure that this was done. Swallowing his fears he finally spoke up.
"Jazz, I haven't just see the monsters..." His eyes glanced down at the floor for a moment before flitting back up to hers "I'm one of them, fractionally at least..."

Jasmine can't believe she didn't freeze up, surprised that all she does is mutter a soft, "Oh?" But then again, she made a promise to someone whom she had broken it to already once. Now she can only give a weak smile. "You're part monster?"

Roxas simply nods at her response before finding his voice "I figured it out a few months ago... Just when I came to Urbadelphia..." His hand idly scratched the back of his neck in a tell of nervousness before he continued speaking "I'm a Halfer, Jazz, half human, half demon, or monster, or whatever you want to call it..." His eyes seem glazed over, as if no feeling were really going into the words.
"I just feel like you should know... Y'know..? I could lose it at any second for all I know, and I don't know what'd happen if I did..."

Jazz, though frowning, and a little weary of Roxas now, just replies with, "Well I trust you... So... Get used to me hanging around when we bump into each other... Possibility of me getting hurt or not." She pokes the side of his head. "Remember that, alright?"

His eyes widened briefly in shock when she poked him in the side of the head but slowly a smile spread across his face as his gaze dropped to the floor again, although this time with some color in his cheeks. "It's just... I dunno'..." He sighed "It's dangerous, Jazz! I saw it in your eyes when I asked about the OtherWorld, you were terrified!"

Jazz sighs and literally throws her arms around Roxas, "Yeah, well... Not losing my first ever friend over, so..." She sticks her tongue out at him and tucks her head under his chin. "... I can suck it up, besides... You ARE safe, even if beserkish... I'm NOT afraid of you!"

Roxas sighed as he returned the hug that Jazz had pretty muched forced upon him. He gave her a small squeeze before speaking "Alright... But here's the deal, if you suspect I'm not me, you go! For all I know if I change it could pretend to still be me just to get to you."

"Alright," Jazz sighs, but then smiles hugely. "Besides... If I'm really in trouble all I have to do is shout for help! Mr. Dragon will help me! He's always helping the needy~." She then clears her throat and whispers. "And sorry if I'm um... Jumping on you a lot today, heh-heh..." Or forcing him to hug her... heh-heh?

"Mr Dragon..?" Roxaa asked somewhat bemused as he leaned back to look at her with a raised eyebrow " Do I even want to know?" He added with a sly smile. "And don't worry, I'm a big boy! I'd be a failure to my gender if I complained about a girl crawling over me!"

Jazz scoffs, seemingly offended, "I am not crawling all over you... Simply coming in contact with several parts of your body at different times." She offers a half smile as she blushes anyways.

"Apologies! I'll get my facts right next time!" He said with a wink "Let me correct myself. I'd be a failure to my gender if I complained about a girl metaphorically crawling all over me." He smirked down at her "How about that, Your Highness? Does this lowly knaive meet your high, high standards yet?" He gave her a nudge with his nose in teasing.

"Fortunately, yes," She isn't about to mention that she actually IS high class nor the fact that she'd rather die than actually have been mad about the assumption. Her blush stay splashed on her cheeks though as she precedes to poke Roxas' nose back with her own.
