Roxas had led Jazz from the Hospital and down the Main Street towards a small ice cream shop which he knew always had his favorite flavor in stock... The reasoning obviously being that the prospect of sea salt ice cream was disgusting to most people, but still, your taste buds are your own, right?!
Either way, as they stepped inside, Roxas stared into the chilled display case which contained all the different tubs of ice cream, he had already made his mind up, but he looked across at Jazz all the same. "So!" He said with a smile "Which flavor do ya' want?"

"Whichever kind you are getting," She replies happily as she smiles at him, her gaze watching him fondly, he's like a cute puppy just waiting for a treat. Besides if its something different its always good to try something new, but he looks like a strawberry kind of guy and that I wouldn't mind either. How wrong she'll be when he orders two sea salts.

"N'yyeeeaaaah, weeeeeeell..." He was reluctant to order two sea salt ice creams, it was an acquired taste and he assumed that Jazz expected him to buy something, well, normal! Still, he'd promised that he'd always be himself in all situations. May as well hold his nose and take the plunge! By holding his nose, he meant reaching and grabbing his money, and by taking the plunge he meant ordering the ice cream.
"Can I have two sea-salt ice creams please?" He asked the clerk with a smile, placing a note on the counter.

Roxas is handed the two salty, yet sweet treats and Jazz stares at it before holding out her hand for one, "Looks delicious, Rox, thank you." Hey, ice cream is ice cream in her book. Besides, Roxas seems to be full of surprises, she's loving it.

Roxas hands one over with an internal cringe as he waits for her reaction. He can't say that he's met many people who voluntarily enjoyed this particularly salty sweet flavour. All the same, he takes his own and savours the taste of salt in his mouth as it switches over to a much sweeter sensation, bringing a grin to his face as he watches Jazz. Safe to say she was pretty, but she also seemed so sheltered from the world, an almost child-like innocence which just seemed to make her all the more friendly. Yet she said lots of people thought her odd?
Many people have secrets Roxas. Yourself included. Don't be so naïve.

Jazz smiles and takes a bite out the ice cream and then frowns. But only a moment before she smiles and nods, sucking on the piece in her mouth. Once she swallows it she's beaming, "This is great, Roxas, thank you again." And she pecks his check before licking the ice once more.

Roxas can feel the colour rising in his cheeks and his face remains like stone until the store clerk points out that his ice cream is melting. With a yelp of surprise, some of the ice cold sweet drops onto his hand. Licking it off he gives Jazz a grin, biting off another piece of ice cream he can feel his cheeks burning as he scratches the back of his neck.

Jazz takes another bite of her ice cream before giggling a little at the other blond, "Awe!" She pokes his cheek with a bright smile, before poking his side a couple times. "You're blushing~! You're soooo adorable!"

He felt even more color flush into his cheeks as he suddenly started chuckling nervously, the scratching of his neck becoming somewhat more frenzied "Well, I uh... I think... Um... So... Errr..."

Jazz stares a moment, before bursting into a fit of giggles, "Yeah, nice weather we're having~." She then takes another bite of her ice cream and laps up what has melted. "Lets get a seat or something, then we can talk all about the weather and colors and stuffs..."

"He he he... He... Okay!" Roxas' hand finally dropped from his neck and he gingerly motioned towards the exit, offering his arm up the same way as he had at the hospital. "So..." He said, starting off the conversation "Stuffs, huh?" He said with a slight wink in her direction "I'm a big fan of stuffs." He nodded firmly.

Roxas obviously wasn't was cruel as his inner demon was, but all the same he couldn't resist...
"Um... Jazz..?" He asked, a sly, sickly grin spread across his face like jam "There's a bit of uh... Red there... on your face..." He poked her cheek.

Jazz blinks and then laughs as she touches her cheek as well, "Oh... Yeah I am." Her flush stays instead of fading when she glances back at him before she rolls her shoulders as if to shake off her embarrassment. Reaching over she tweaks Roxas' nose.
"You warm up fast, Roxy." Her ice cream forgotten in her hand for the moment.

Roxas simply shrugged "Now hold up, Jazz! You? Blushing?" He gave that grin again "When I winked at you?" He scratched his head "My oh my! Could you possible have a crush on me?!" He teased before pointing at her ice cream "Your ice cream is melting, by the way." He took a bite from his own.
