Powers: Electricity Manipulation, limited: he must channel it through an object such as a metal or water.
Psych Profile: Emotionally shut off when he is "Hei", his job requires his cold calculating nature to get the job done. As "Lee" though he is kind, caring, and a bit bumbling (hinted this is Hei's true self).
Background: Hei was an Otherborn since a young boy, his sister Pai was killed by demons and Hei left on his own. When he was fourteen he met Kirsi (who was eleven at the time) a young, blind, half-demon whose powers contained a radar sense and the ability to manipulate water. The two forged an unlikely bond as Hei would protect Kirsi from demons of the Veil. However, a year later Kirsi fell victim to a spell meant for Hei. In result her powers became limited and her emotions as well, leaving her a near emotionless vessel whose only feeling is light attachment to Hei.
Interpol recruited the two of them shortly after, agreeing to look into a way to get Kirsi's (who is now calling herself Yin) emotions and powers back. They've been with Interpol for six years, now are relocated to Urbadelphia under the guise of Newly Weds: Lee Shengshun and Yin Shengshun.

Civilian Identity: Yin Shengshun
Real Name: Kirsi
Age: 18
Race: Finnish
Species: Half Demon
Powers: Water manipulation and radar sense (this has been limited), her radar sense now activates around music when it's played around her.
Psych profile: Emotionally restricted due to unknown spell.
Background: Kirsi was a Half-demon who became blind at an unknown time, parents are also unknown but we suspect the woman was a demon (or Succubus, rare, looking into it). When Kirsi was eleven she met Hei, who would protect her from the Veil (probably due to his feelings of being unable to save his sister). However, when Kirsi was twelve she was cursed with a spell meant for Hei and had her powers and emotions restricted, the only part of her that remained was her attachment to Hei. She was part of a deal recruiting Hei to Interpol that we'd find a way to return her emotions. She has been with us for six years, is now relocated with Hei to Urbadelphia under the guise of being recently wed.
