Name: Bartholomew "Bart" Allen

Backstory:
Bart is a kid of the future-- literally. Born in the year 2056, Bart lived in a terrible economy, a place where the skies are grey, the grass is somehow grey-er, and there's no one left to trust. A world ruined because of a big event that would--... Well, that'd be a spoiler, wouldn't it?
In desperate hopes to somehow save the future, Bart's parents searched the earth, only for his father to be murdered somewhere along the way. Unfortunately, yet very fortunately at the same time, the murder of his father was 2-year-old Bart's very first crossing-- not that he ended up remembering that, later on.
The crossing caused Bart to gain super speed ( will be further explained in the 'powers' section ). However, the down side? It also accelerated his aging process, and in no more then two years later, was a bouncing 13-year-old Bart Allen. It somehow managed to slow down a bit after that, and he is still looking for a cure.
Bart later managed to consult with another female otherborn, one with the ability to send objects (yet couldn't send herself ) through time, behind his mother's back. The otherborn stated that there was turning back, and that there was no way for her to send him back to the future, which Bart so desperately accepted. He wanted to make his mother proud-- and build a brighter future for everyone, before 'the event'[1].
The otherborn did as she said she would, and sent Bart back in time to the present, where he sought out to stop 'the event' from happening.
Personality:
Considering Bart is really a four year old in a fourteen year old's body, he tends to act a bit childish and rushes into situations without given a single thought, often getting himself into trouble. He even gave himself a super-hero name, called 'Impulse', due to his... Impulsive actions.
However, depending on the situation, Bart can actually be serious when he needs to be. He understands what he has to do in order to protect the future, and will do whatever it takes to take things to justice.
Powers:
Super Speed; Somewhat self explanatory. Can run at superhuman speeds and create small wind funnels while doing so. He also tends to talk at incredible speeds when excited, or just while rambling.
Molecular Vibration; Bart can vibrate his molecules so fast, that he can phase through objects and escape from nearly anything.
Weak Points:
Accelerated Aging; As explained before, his superhuman speed causes him to age faster then he should. However, his aging process slowed down ever since his body grew into the age 13. That doesn't mean that it's stopped completely, though.
From the Future; Being from the future means that Bart can spoil events that aren't meant to be known about, which could crash the whole time stream.
Hyper-accelerated metabolism; Bart's metabolism works faster than normal, so he constantly has to eat large amounts of food to keep his energy to keep running. Whether or not it tastes good isn't usually a great concern for Bart.
