Name; Dovahkiin (demon for Dragonborn)
Race: Otherborn
Description: Bald, wears a battle mask on his face - wears long jackets and occasional fighting armor.
Abilities: Similar to that of Shizuo Heiwajima, he carries great strength. However where they separate is this: he is only as half as strong as Shizuo, his ability is more to invulnerability - he is ten times more resistant to attacks than Shizuo. Where he lacks in strength he makes up with sheer hand to hand combat and weapon mastery - making him not only intimidating due to his bulk, but lethal.
Background: Little is known about this Otherborn terrorist, who crawled out of the woodwork after Priority: City of Vengeance. Some intel suggests he was one of the few Otherborn to be enslaved by demons, but other reports say he was used by humans. Neither are confirmed, but what is known is that he is making huge marks on many government based operations. This is bad for the Network, which is tipping on the line of being labeled a threat - if this Otherborn makes too many marks or is even HINTED to be affiliated with the Network the Otherborns can kiss their existence goodbye.
