Tap. Tap. Tap.
A cane clacks rhythmically against the ground, left, right, forward, left, right, forward, as its owner takes careful, meticulous steps down the street. People stop and stare as she passes, but she pays no heed, unable to see their surprised glances towards the newest comer to the city. With all of Urbadelphia's strangenesses, this normal sort of oddity would seem swamped out by the weird events that happened every day. Yet it is easy to tell.
The beautiful, blind girl draws stares that perhaps even another fight between the city's paranormal gangs would no longer attract.
She pays them no heed, even though, despite her lack of sight, she can still hear their muttered whispers and bated breath, feel the eyes that she lacks the use of boring into her.
She reaches forward, touches the wall of the small coffee shop. Moves her fingers to the right, more, more, until they rest on a sign. Raised letters pop from the surface, but they are not what her hand seeks. Smaller clusters of dots spell the words her hands couldn't read by themselves.
Wildkat Cafe
"Perhaps," she says to herself, "Perhaps here, will be the answers Sensei sent me to seek."

Name: Lilly Satou
Age: 18
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue
On the tall side for a woman, Lilly still wouldn't stand out in a crowd. Her presence is more the quiet kind, reserved, as all of her being is. She is quite beautiful, many would say, though the blank, far-off look in her eyes puts many off.
'Eyes that see everything, and nothing,' or so her Sensei taught her. But her visions had never come as such... not visions at all, or at least, vision the way people with sight spoke the term.
She 'Saw' the way she dreamed.
Her Sensei took her in without a second thought; they had trained together for a long time. But her master had sensed something stirring here, within the city he used to guard.
"Lilly... I can't go back there. Not yet. But..." And something was pressed into her hands. "Take this to my old Cafe. I sold it to a nice, normal, elderly couple years ago, but it still has hidden secrets. Ask the girl who works there to show you the storeroom, and there you will find the answers. I've taught you well, Lilly; now it is time you seek the truth for yourself."
And so, she comes, to a city she has never known, in order to keep the peace her Sensei so treasures.
And perhaps, just perhaps, she may find some way to use her own skills to help the people he once looked after...
---
Lilly is a quiet individual, but also kind and mothering. She has a tendency to keep others out, at arm's length, never wishing to burden them but always taking their burdens on herself. Her gift of 'sight' is sporadic, though she may also use it consciously in attempt to learn what she needs to know. Her visions don't come as sight, but rather sounds, tastes, smells; the form of knowledge she recognizes. Occasionally, they come simply as information, and every so often, she will deliver prophetic words if an extreme omen is drawing near. It also gives her insight into people.
As for why she is on Lea's account... she's connected to the pasts of both my two main characters, but I can't tell how yet. THough if you know some of what I've said in private, you may be able to guess. Neku needs to save his two remaining NPC slots so Lea gets saddled wihthe blind girl.
Please be kind to her. *bow*
