((Takes place before City of Vengeance and Ascension))
Sora leaned against the brick walls, snow gently coming down on Urbadelphia. Didn't bother shaking the cold off him, as far as he knew the cold mimicked his thoughts and heat would be foreign to his body. He had a book in his hand, a journal of evidence he collected...
useless evidence, it led him no where...he was running out of time - and moves.

The snow fell upon my shoulders, a constant reminder of the burden I have to carry ever since I got my rider powers. It hasn't been easy trying to control it but I've done a manageable job so far but how long I wonder until I lose control completely? I wonder.
Turned around the corner and saw Sora.
"You wanted to see me man?"

Sora turned his head for a moment before he turned around, he looked at Riku for a moment and shrugged. "Actually, I wasn't. But you'll do I guess."
He sighed, "Remember when we first reunited, we went after a demon named Sin?"

"All too well. I still haven't recovered from some of his burns. Anyway, what about him?"

"He's Shiki's uncle," he said, not wasting time. "I have been pursuing him for...a few months now and I am no closer to him as I was before."
He paused, "I am on the edge of my ladder Riku, all I managed to learn is what is already known. He is out there and it's haunting the hell out of Shiki, I have only really one option left. I have to confront Shiki's parents."

"Before we open Pandora's Box lets think this though. If you go to Shiki's parents now you'll very likely risk an encounter with Sin and not only will her parents probily die but you'll be no closer than when you first started."

Sora then moved from the wall to look at him, "Actually Riku...I hope they do die."
He stared at him for a moment before he turned his head, "I know what they did to her...I see it in her eyes...it makes me sick. I can't stand it, knowing what they did, and they going unpunished."
He then said quietly, "I thought about it you know...stopping by their place, making it look like an accident. The rage it just...it makes me want to unleash Ghost Rider on them."

"Sora...I can tell your pissed st them but going in there with the intent to kill them will make you just as bad as Sin if not worse. I'm not saying take the high road but if Sin is anything like other demons he can't resist gloating."

Sora then exploded, "What the HELL do I care about some demon and what he thinks?! This same psychopath has some plan for Shiki and it's not getting her college money! I am not waiting around for something to happen and I lose someone else I love! It's not like her parents are good people, if I need to get through them to Sin then SO BE IT!"

That's it.
The tipping point. I don't want to do this but he's not leaving me a whole lot of options to work with.
"SORA! What will killing them accomplish?!? Will it bring you any closer to Sin? Will it make Shiki any safer? NO!"
My hair began to turn into purple flames. "Sora, you need to clam down and if you won't I'll make you." I said firmly.

Sora looked at the flames in Riku's hair and scoffed, "Really...you think you have a chance against me? You barely got that power for what...a month or so? I've been the Ghost Rider for longer than that, you really think you can beat me?"
His eyes began to glow red as smoke rose from his collar, "Bring it."

My clothes begin to warp and grow long, the flesh burns away leaving a flaming skull with purple flames and looking like the Grim Reaper.
I brandish Soul Eater in it's scythe state a prepare for the first move.
"Ladies first."

"Then by all means Riku...tighten up that skirt of yours and move." Sora said as his head caught aflame, he made it to the point in which he could use the Rider for a little while...before the madness of Zarathos takes over and he goes on a punishing spree.
He roared as Riku and swung a bright red chain at him.
