Words like Aqua has sad in the RP
Words like this are important to Aqua that were said to her
Words like this are both
This takes place when the twins are about five, when Aqua decides she has had enough of crossings and demons to last her lifetime. Her decision changes later at when she first fights along side Sora, her resolve cracking and her mind whispering to her about a past she wanted to forget...
Aqua stops singing to herself and looks off into the distance, small blue spikes tickle her right cheek. She sighs to herself, knowing she needs to stop dwelling in the past. So she works on pulling her thoughts back, shoving them into a safe place and locking them with a set of keys.
"With wings dark as knight, come to defend the light."
She shudders as she feels darkness seep into her body, the water with in her swaying and embracing it. She then lets out a breath.
"Strength like a lion, there is no more crying."
Her water stills and she feels emptiness take her. Midori's head shifts on her lap, he can sense a change in his mother and tightens his grip on her hand. Sini frowns into her shoulder, but she knows she must keep going.
"My life and all that is in it was in vain... Darkness and light work as one for they bring upon water like crashing pain."
She feels her memories muddle and all that is left is her life with her children. She remembers Dia, of course, but Angel? Her parents? They didn't survive this spell woven onto her from magic given to her by her lover's death... the ability to seal herself away...
Memories of her fighting alongside Angel, them coming up with fun chants to keep moral high, "Take it from me, the only place to be. Is in your personal hell, with someone you know well. Grab a partner and flee, before you get cut down by me..."
"I want to help you in any way I can." Dia smiles to her when she says that, but he shakes his head, a hand coming to rest on her cheek. He opens his mouth to speak, but instead kisses her, telling her all she needs to know through the touch...
"Calm down... Calm down... You've moved on... Moved on... Dia is gone..." She rolls over on her make shift bed as her babies sleep in their cribs. Her eyes water and the tears fall with out her telling them too. How could her life have ended up like this after being so... perfect?
"...Thank you for letting me be selfish." Aqua's head jerks back from her work as her friend says that, the other woman smiling sadly. "Even with all you've been through, you still allow others to take from you... You are just... so... Thank you." The pregnant bluenette and now mother will never understand what the other meant, all she knows is those were the words she seriously needed to hear... She needed to feel excepted by someone as much as the other woman did...
''Alright... I'm listening.'' Her brother crosses his arms over his chest as she shifts from side to side. He stares her down. "Tell me." And so she did, she told him she is pregnant...
She reaches out and places a hand on Angel's head, petting between his drooping cat ears. She smiles kindly to him,"Don't worry...We're here to help you." The boy frowns up at her, but nods none the less...
''What have you gotten yourself into...?" She glares down at the shame filled Sini whom stares up at her with guilty eyes. "Did you do something bad, Sininen?"
The boy looks down and shakes his head, "Nut-uh, no bad mommy, promise!" The mother's gaze softens.
"Then what honey?"
"Blue... Blue hair."
Aqua sighs, knowing what's going on with out having her son say much more. She picks up her baby boy and twirls with him, "They're just jealous of you! You have cool hair and they don't~!" The boy frowns at his mother, knowing that she is worrying and isn't telling him something. But after a moment he just hugs her, clings to her and begs her to make the mean kids stop being mean...
She leans her head back against her front door. Maybe somethings are better left forgotten... And other that need to be handled.
So its with this night that she no longer is lost in fear and pain and regret, but is lost in ignorance...
Its this truly the better choice?
You know Aqua.

"Bringer of pain
Bringer of rain
Unite under grey skies
The one that did fly
Blow after blow
Strike them low
Strike them high
Death is nigh
Defend for the loved
Destroyer from the above
Focus is the need
Vengeance is greed."
