I would like to think so. It's my world and I like places where it snows on Christmas so in Urbadelphia, winter is nice and snowy. There.

Also... I think it would be funny for Kiara to see snow, where ever in the veil she came from has no snow... So it'll be fun~

Heehee! There are very few things in the Otherworld that resemble anything like weather. The things that do are things like tornadoes and massive natural disasters.
Mostly, though, everything stays... pretty much the same.
