I smiled, looking down at him with a soft sigh. He was really jumpy, but I guess that was understandable if he'd been on his own.
"Neku," I introduced himself. "It's nice to meet you, Bart. WHy don't you come on inside? You don't have to crouch like that out here. 'Sides, it's cold out."

He nodded in response as he dusted off his dirty jeans and adjusted his sweater a little. To meet a member of the network was... A little overwhelming. And to be found in an alleyway of all places was...
Well, he wouldn't deny it made him a bit pink to the cheeks.
"Neku," He introduced himself. "It's nice to meet you, Bart. Why don't you come on inside? You don't have to crouch like that out here. 'Sides, it's cold out."
Bart smiled in return, before nearly choking on his own spit at sudden realization.
Neku.
Neku was important. He had an important name. ... Whether he was a good important, or a bad important, however, the speedster wasn't quite sure.
"W-well, nice to meet you Neku!" Bart replied, rubbing his arms and unsure of whether or not his stutter was because he was excited, afraid or just plain old cold.
"I'm uh," He gave a the other a sheepish smile, before taking a quick glance towards the building. "Not so hot in crowds, you know? Gets me all mode-ed. But y'know, it's cool," He blew hot air into his hands."I can handle a little cold winter breeze."

"C'mon," I said, watching him shiver slightly. "We can use the backroom, nobody's in there this time of day since it's reserved for Network use, and you can tell me a little about yourself, how's that? No crowds, central heating, continued internet connection.... and privacy."
I smiled, running a hand through my spikes. "Whaddaya say?"
