Noctis glanced up towards Aya as she stood to leave, he leaned back a bit to avoid touching her but unfortunately such a thing couldn't be avoided as she accidentally bumped into him. His normally dark blue eyes quickly turned red as scenes from Aya's past began to play in front of his mind's eye.

I turned quickly and watched Noctis for his reaction then I looked over at Aqua to see if she knew what was going on. When Noctis' eyes turn back to their original hue, I could only say a few words. "Don't tell anyone."

Aqua is shocked at first, but then she just nods. She understands that not everyone can have a gift that isn't as simple as hers. She stands now as well, sure this group get together will end as soon as Aya is reassured.

Noctis shook his head as he took time to recover from the onslaught of images before looking to Aya as she spoke. "I won't." He replied to the blonde, understanding that some things were simply meant to be kept secret. He glanced towards Aqua as she stood, apparently with the desire to leave. With that he stood as well, rubbing the back of his neck slightly. Perhaps he'd stop by the Veil for a drink before he went back to his apartment.

"Sorry if this night ended up so acquired," Aqua offers as she walks down the aisle in the opposite direction. "I hope you two sleep well." She calls back as she runs off to head... Somewhere, anywhere but home.
