I entered the restaurant and settled into a booth with Jaden sitting beside me.
"Alright, what do you want?" I said passing him a menu and one for myself.
It wasn't the most ideal place for a semi-date but It was something and it was close in case Jaden passed out again.

Jaden shrugs, glancing at the menu. "I want..." His stomach growls especially loud at one item. Jaden grins with the decision just made. "The steak. Medium-rare. And the fries, a bit extra of those... And I want a chocolate milkshake." This made his stomach happy. "Yes, final decision."

"Going for broke already? Guess it's a good thing I know a few people here."
I called the waiter over.
"Yeah, my friend over here just wants one of everything. Plus a chocolate milkshake."
The waiter bulged his eyes at my request but he didn't say anything as he left to prepare the meal or rather meals.
"Since I'm paying don't I get some?" I asked with a cheeky grin.

Jaden merely grinned in response before saying, "So? Flaunting our money now? Or are we just that hungry?" He then laughs, making a note to sample everthing that Riku gets. "I guess you can have some, then."

I felt my own stomach growl in response and my cheeks flare up.
"Yep! I'd say yes!"
"Hey Jaden, Where'd you come from?" I ask curiously.

Jaden groans, resting his head on his fist and turning away, a bored look on his face. "Same place as Odd and Jeremy and Haraken. We're from a town called Daikoku. Nothing to really say about that." Jaden didn't really want to talk about that. He did answer the question out of courtesy, but in a tone that told Riku not to delve into it.

Noting the tone in Jaden's voice I decided not to probe any further on that subject as I didn't want to start something with my hopefully potenal boyfriend.
By then the 1st course had arrived with Jaden's steak at the forefront.
"Alright Jaden, I hope you can stomach it but if you need help I'm here."
I couldn't remember the last time I had fun like this, the only other time had been when me and Sora had gone out without our parents permission and went to go eat at 7th Heaven. We got busted naturaly but it was worth it.
I just kept asking myself, "Why is Jaden having this effect on me? Could he really be the one for me? If so Dar's going to have a shitfit like none other not to mention Seifer the jerk-ass."

Jaden laughs at him. "Yeah, right! I don't need no help with this!" He picks up his fork and knife and carves into the steak like it was the first meal he'd had in weeks. Actually, it was the first meal he had had in three days... "You let me know if you need any help!"

"Your on!" I cried as I dug into my own steak and began to much furiously on it.
As I ate I kept stealing looks at Jaden, man he looked cute when he was pigging out but I quickly turned away when glanced over.
I swear my cheeks are turning more and more red each minute...

Jaden stops eating his food around halfway through and looks at Riku. His face was red, and he was looking away, down. "Are you okay, man? Getting sick already?" He teased at Riku. Did he eat something spicy, maybe?

Jaden grins in victory and laughs. "Liar. All you're eating right now is the same steak as me. I doubt they would spice it for you, unless you asked before. Which I can say for a fact that you didn't. So what's really up?"

By this point my face was red as a cherry and losing it. If I had to stare at Jaden anymore I swear I'm going to explode!

Jaden raises an eyebrow at the silver-haired boy. "Flustered? ...At what?" He asks, purely innocently. He looked ready to burst in Jaden's eyes, but he wasn't quite sure why.
