Izzy shrugged. "Hey, don't look at me. I've only been back in town for six months, and I've been busy with official business. I've never hearda the guy." He stood, stretching, cracking several joints in the process. "I'd love to get a look at those gauntlets, though. Where did you get 'em? You keep dodging the question - if it's some big secret, I totally get it."

As the crossing ended I found myself back near where the others where and reverted to my normal form when I heard Vann looking for me.
"I'm Riku. The one and only." I plainly stated as I approached him.
"So the letter was for me? I doubt it's anything good given my luck."

Vaan turned to the one spoke, he blinked and tried to recall the contents of the letter. The actual letter he was supposed to give him was in the package where the gauntlets came from, but nothing else was in there but the...
Vaan quickly reached into his jacket and pulled out the book, once he opened it a small piece of paper was revealed between the pages. It had the name Riku written on it, he took the slip of paper and handed it to him. Once he did he turned to Izzy.
"Look it's not that I am not telling you, I just don't have an answer for you. These things were in the package I was given, I don't know anything else."
The letter went like this.
Nomura,
A lot of things went down that day Hei Nerr struck, I know you are pissed at me for taking the heat for the Network. First and foremost, I am sorry - I did what I had to do to prevent a genocide, and I'd do it again. But, my fix for the situation may not work anymore - something is starting, a fire is rising, and I may not be in time to prevent it. The boy who gave you this letter is Vaan Shepard, he is a friend of mine - we grew up in the same orphanage. The items he is hopefully now wearing are called the Arms, to make a long story short it is a magical device that has a collection of well known and legendary weapons that famous warriors and infamous demons used. You need to do all you can to guide him, Vaan is the key to getting me out of the situation and maybe past this Fire that is about to rise. He need to deliver letters I have to the list of following people:
Neku, Namine, Aqua, Shizuo, Lea, and Shiki.
Do all you can and maybe we can make things better for the Network and for me. Say hi to your boyfriend for me and keep taking care of Shiki.

"A mysterious gift, huh? The weirdest part of that story is that you didn't get it here..." He chuckled. "Mind if I take a look? I'm pretty good at this, I might be able to tell you more about 'em. Slim chance, but worth a shot."
He seemed simply itching to get his hands on the gauntlets.

Vaan was startled, what the hell was on that letter, who WAS he?
"Whoa hold on!" he crossed his arms, "I am not going anywhere with you until you tell me what was on that letter and what is going on! How do you know Sora, what are Otherborn, what are these things on my arms?!"

"Fair enough. I'm Sora's childhood friend. Almost joined at the hip some could say. Anyway, There more letters for you to give to some are right here, others not so much but Sora told me to take care of and guide you because he says you are the key to getting him out of the situation he's in now and he said that a fire is rising."

Vaan blinked, Sora didn't talk much about his childhood so he was a bit hesitant...but everything else has been so freakin odd today what the hell right?

Vaan jumped when he heard Namine and Aqua's names, he was about to turn and give them the letters...when he heard sirens run off in the distance.
"Perhaps we should discuss this elsewhere, all of us." he turned to leave but stopped, realizing something, "since I never been here before...where's a good spot?"

"There's one place I know of and if we time it right should have another letter we can dilver. It's called The Veil. Not a bad place and you can get some good grub there."

"We could probably find Neku at Veil,t oo," Izzy mentioned, "if you're looking for him, and Lea works there. I'm good friends with both of 'em, so I could introduce you if you need." He re-folded his disc, shoving it in his pack and slinging it over his shoulder.

Hearing the sirens, Josh packed up his things, taking care to fully conceal Clarent (he really didn't want to lose it). He picked up Sophie with both arms; she felt limp, but seemed to be okay—her pulse, normal; breathing normal as well. He turned to the guy he just found out to be...Riku?
"You seem to know a lot about what just happened, and I'd like to ask you some questions, and no doubt Sophie would have a ton as well; but I'm sure none of us have the time for any more right this minute, and I have to get Sophie to somewhere she can rest"—hopefully home, he thought to himself—"... Anyway, I assume you are all going to... this 'Veil'?..., then?" He looked throughout the group.

Namine smiles brightly before nodding, "Great idea! Shoot lots of birds with one stone~!"
Aqua sighs and adds quickly, "See you all there then." She really didn't want to be here when the sirens reached this place, her feet move her away from the group with one last look over her shoulder.
Nami giggles, "Better make sure she doesn't get lost... Yeah!" The blond races after Aqua, waving as she does so backwards. "See ya all soon!"

Vaan nodded hurriedly and took off running, quickly leaving the station and running down the street after the others. We see him run down the street as the camera slowly pans up to show the city. Michael Fri presents The camera pans up a bit more to show the sunlight streaming through the building tops. The Three Part saga...
