"Whaaaat?" he asked in mock surprise. "Shi-chan, stealing?"
Evidently, he'd found a much better nickname for his eternal rival.
"Well, I hope Shi-chan won't mind if I tag along," and he gave a smirk in Shizuo's direction, "because this is faaaar too interesting for me to pass by." He laughed, halfway between a chuckle and a giggle. "I havne't had this much fun in yeaaarrrs! Decades! Possibly even a century!" He spun in a circle, coming back to sit on the edge of his desk, before a shadow passed over the disturbed game board, leaving behind it a new, though similar, formation in its wake.

"That's, uh, really good to know!" Vaan said nervously, "How about we refrain from parking meter ripping and uh, bus throwing."
Without another word he pointed outside, "Bus stop's out there anyway."

The twins decided to stay outside, thinking it would be best not to have to interact with Izaya after the way he 'played' with the group at the Veil.
At the mention of a bus by Namine, and then Vaan, they looked at each other. Neither had decided to bring any money earlier. Now they wished they would have.

I smile and laugh, "Right." Knowing Shiki has my back makes me feel like I can take on the world, not the same way as before, but in a way that you can only get from a sister.

Josh and Sophie start to follow. It still felt awkward that they didn't really know anybody. So they stuck to walking with each other.

As Vaan stepped outside, he said, "Okay, we're heading to our next area. If anyone doesn't have any money for a bus I have enough for a few extra people."
He looked over at the strange girl who just arrived, "Um, what? Look sorry I think you're confusing us for someone else."
He was about to wave the girl off when he got distracted, seeing Shiki and Namine suddenly reminded him of something, something he could hopefully get cleared up in Sora's Journal. He walked to her and Namine. "Sorry, I hate to interrupt really but...there's something I need to know. Shiki do you have a boyfriend?"
He paused, realizing how he sounded, "Wait, not that I am asking you out it's just...well."
He pulled out the book from his jacket, "This is Sora's, it was given to me along with the Arms. It's about everyone here, in this Network and in the city. Your entry...yes you have an entry, he scrubbed out whatever name was put in in relationship. That's why I..."
He stopped, "Nevermind, I am sorry, I am being too nosy."

"How about instead of playing 'Matchmaker' we just go, huh?!" Shizuo said impatiently as he tapped a foot against the ground, having followed the others outside, he wanted to get this over and done with so that he could crush the annoying flea that was walking with them. If there was one thing that annoyed him, it was the flea. He reached into his back pocket and pulled out his (surprisingly full) wallet. It seems that Shizuo's 'job' paid him better than he let on.
Shaking out the necessary change he let out a sigh as he stood waiting for a bus. He decided to take the time to light a cigarette. Even if a bus did arrive, he was pretty well known around town... No-one was exactly going to tell him to put it out.

Then crosses her arms as we wait for them to leave.

A blush spread across her face and she stared at Vaan, only relaxing once he cleared up what he meant. "No, it's okay." She sighed, "I...Sora meant a lot me. I guess we were, well no..."
Shiki looked away, "He wanted a relationship, but things got complicated with his enemies. I think we both wanted it to work but the chance kind of flew south. But by the sound of his letter...I guess his feeling haven't changed." She frowned, "But if he thinks he's getting away with telling me all that on a piece of paper and not to my face, he's got one thing coming."

I glance from Vaan to Shiki to Vaan again and then back to Shiki, I give her hand a squeeze before glaring at Shizuo, but not saying anything. I notice Aqua shaking her head at the blond's outburst... But she is anxious as well...
