"Huh, me? Nah... I usually sleep through the morning because of how late I sleep through the night, so on the rare occasion that I do get up early, I'm never hungry until later..." he placed his hands on the back of his head "Besides, I'm a full-English sort of guy, bacon, sausage, eggs, fried bread, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, don't know why, just am... Besides it's too much to prepare if you're spending time with someone!"

Aqua sighs, suddenly feeling rude and very much damned if she eats the food and damned if she doesn't. So she just decides to go with the first plan and heads out to the living room again and perches on the folded out bed, "Alright." She then begins eating her food, she's used to pancakes with out butter nor syrup. She smiles after a few bites. "This is really good." She had a hand over her mouth to make sure any bites of un-swallowed food doesn't fly out.

Shizuo followed her through and sat down next to her, smiling whilst she eats "Thanks! I personally thought that besides the pancakes, the whole thing looked pretty crap so... It's nice to have a positive reaction!" he stretched and gave a silent yawn before relaxing again, placing a hand on Aqua's knee he placed his other elbow against his other knee and rested his chin in his hand. He wasn't shy or bashful about the movement as he would have been the night before, after the depth of their conversations and the words that had been spoken just before they slept, Shizuo felt much more comfortable and open around Aqua, but one thing kept nagging away at him...
Was it too dangerous to let her get involved with him? Even as just a good friend? What if one day they were walking around and just bumped into Izaya or someone else who ticked him off? It was then that the more demonic side of his blood took over and started throwing things... And the last thing he wanted was to hurt or scare her... Still, that was another hurdle for him to jump when he got it.

Aqua smiles to him as she finishes up her food. When she's done she stands slowly, "So... What are you up to today?" She had been silent because it seemed Shizuo had needed to think something over and as much as she wanted to mother him, she felt that he deserves his own peace of mind. "Anything interesting?" She goes and sets her plate in the sink to be washed later and washes her hands and face. Then walks back out to him to sit next to him and lean against him with a warm smile and calm gaze.
"Hmmm?"

"What?" he said as he snapped out of his daze "Oh, probably just the usual, protecting Kasuka from his crazy fans, killing demons where they dare rear their heads and I think Tom gets back from his holiday today so I guess I'll go back to following him around and keeping him safe, being intimidating when people refuse to pay off their debts" he shrugged "Yeah... The usual, and what about you huh? What's on your agenda today?"

"Hmm..." Aqua looks around her house and spots a couple unfinished projects that's due dates are in a couple days, along with some that need to be mailed today. She shrugs none the less and says. "Walking you home for starters... Then I guess I have my own job to do." She sighs to herself, wishing she hadn't said yes to the order of twenty hand bags and three large scale jewelery boxes. But this was one of her loyal customers that asked for all sorts of things this time of year. They always supplied her with enough money to be able to bye the boys presents.
So she stands slowly and says, "We're both busy then... How about we meet up again... On better terms? Say... Christmas? My family and yours? And in between then... We could, possibly, run into each other?" She holds out her hand in case he wanted help standing up.

He took her hand and stood up with a chuckle "I doubt I need walking home, I'n a big boy!" he didn't let go of her hand "But K won't turn down the company though, but yeah! I think it'd be nice, meeting up at Christmas and all that... And I wouldn't complain about meeting you up to that point either. Besides, with all the activity going on, what with all the crossings and sightings of demons around we'll see each other more than enough!" he smiled at her "So! Are we going?"

Giving his hand a squeeze, Aqua nods and leads him to the door, she already has her key on her so when they exit she can lock the door and then she allows him to lead the way. Not once letting go of Shizuo's hand, "So... You live inner city then?"

"Yup! Just off Main, like I said last night the flat isn't half bad considering it's got two guys living in it, doesn't smell half as bad as you'd expect either..." He suddenl stopped and kept hold of Aqua's hand, looking towards her "Say Aqua..." he muttered "The past 24 hours... They've been fun..." he fidgeted with his free hand, looking down towards his feet.

She smiles, "That they have." She watches him a minute before tilting her head to the side, worry in her eyes. "You okay? You seem nervous."

"W-well..." he muttered, leaning down, closer to Aqua "The reason for that I guess is because..." he quickly finished leaning down and gave Aqua a brisk kiss before standing up straight again blushing slightly "BecauseI'mMoreNervousThanaDiabeticInaCandyStore" he blurted out trying to look anywhere but at Aqua, scared to register whatever reaction she had to his actions.

Shocked.
That's one word Aqua's mind can register and then another does: Kissed.
After a long moment she ends up smiling widely and whispering, "Shizuo?" She giggles a little before, "Don't be." Where was her mind at this moment?:
Oh my goodness... he likes me! I... I like him! He just... Just kissed me and... He needs to know that was fine, better than fine, perfect.
"I like you too," She reaches up to to brush her fingers on his cheek before leaning up on her toes to peck his lips back. "...A lot."

Shizuo sort of blurted out some sort jumbled mess about 'Oh, good to know!' and 'We should really get going' he paused for a moment when she kissed him back and he simply grinned like an absolute buffoon "Well... We should umm... R-really get going huh?" he asked with a warm smile, giving her hand a swift squeeze.

Aqua can just smile and nods, "Alright." She then takes the lead knowing the way to Main Street quite well here, she slips into an opening of the Labyrinth that will quickly lead them to their destination.

Shizuo just grinned as she led the way, everything was just going so fast and yet he didn't find himself complaining. All of his life he'd adjusted to people hating him, being afraid of him, and he had embraced it. He had never cared for his life because the way he had seen it, he had nothing to lose. But now? He had found someone who cares for him simply because he was him, he had someone to care for now as well, someone just as fragile as him... Someone to lose.
