Shizuo's hands remained firmly planted in his pockets, he was craving a cigarette if he was being honest but he doubted that now was either the time or the place. "Okay..." He muttered, trying to get to grips with the situation at hand "And what is it that he wants, exactly..?"

My eyes widen, but I silently write down the information, frowning to myself. I look to Noctis and shake my head, knowing better than to ask.

Aqua walka in, obviously late, but not too so. Taking a seat by Riku she looks around, knowing over time she will catch on on what's going on, she waits for something to happen. For the storm to brake the calm.

I walked in, and sat down next to the only person I was really familiar with there, Noctis. Personally, I didn't want to do anything but stay in the background but either way, I was there.

Sora frowned, "Hojo...hm that's a new one."
He frowned, a new enemy in the field meant no way to really know how he would react in a situation.

"New or not, he needs to be dealt with and fast before he get's another chance to attack us! We need to bring the hurt to him." I said. My blood was boiling and enhanced power Jack had provided me with starting to make itself known. Suppressing the urge to jump and run off after him I dug my fingers into the chair and bit my lip.

Noctis looked around, watching the reactions of others and listening to what they said. Being on the run for a year had taught him that it was always wise to pay attention to your surroundings. "With Hojo it could be any number of things. He's been hunting me for awhile now but I can't guarantee that it's all he wants, especially since one of his experiments targeted Lea as well."

Lea entered the room, and I nodded to him; he nodded back.
"Riku's right, especially if my.... 'old master' is helping him," he said. "Ifrit is good at preying on others' desires. He's more direct than Izaya, but he likes to play games with people all the same. If it comes to direct confrontation with him, don't listen to anything he says."
I gave Lea a sympathetic look but returned my eyes to the small crowd gathered.
"Since it looks like everyone's here," I began, "Noctis - why don't you start us off."

It seemed as if a fuse had been lit, everyone talking for the sake of letting the other know what they know. A little unorganized, but this is the beginning of the end and my heart beats heavily as my pen stops. Eyes darting back to Noctis, some part of me unwilling to know what he's going to say, what comes next defines what we'll do. And though its heavily weighted for the better... I've never been in something... this stressful before. Sure...I did a lot of planning and ordering in my day... But... I never stood like this, feeling the pulse in my like it wants to come boiling out. My nerves are just getting the better of me.
It also seems like we're relying heavily on what Noctis has to say. Another part of me feels for him, he must of been in the grasp of this... Scientist at one point then. I don't write that thought down, it'll stay burned in my mind for a while. But I do get a kinder expression as I wait, with pounding blood in my veins.

Noctis nodded and leaned forward in his seat with his elbows braced on his legs, his eyes darted to each person in the room before he took a deep breath. "As I told you before, his compound isn't very far south from the city's outskirts. I couldn't point it out on a map but I can take you there as long as I can find the right markers. You all know that he's a mad man but don't underestimate him. He's obsessed with Otherborn and his knowledge is probably very extensive after all this time so the best bet would be to assume that he knows everything about our powers and has ways to combat them. Also, keep in mind that he's always on the lookout for new subjects to experiment on and I wouldn't expect Ifrit to turn down the chance of a new toy either. Hojo isn't physically strong but he will obviously have ways of making up for that." He couldn't remember the last time that he had talked so much, it felt strange to him. After he'd given them the best information on Hojo that he could think of he turned to Lea. "Is there anything we need to know about Ifrit?"

Aqua could see how much this must be taking from Noctis, she offers him a kind smile before she turns her mothering gaze onto Lea. These two must have gone through A LOT, well, maybe the Network can end anymore suffering from at least one mad "scientist" and one demon very soon. She hopes so, it pains her to see others hurting like this, especially children.

"That does seem logical, even if none of us get captured, it's always good to have a backup, right?" Well, I do at least. I wouldn't want to be left alone with either Ifrit or this Hojo character.
