Noctis nodded in order to answer Riku's question. "Almost certainly, especially since Hojo likely knows that I escaped through there bu security will probably be tight all over the building anyway. We could always go during the shift change for the guards but there'll be electronic surveillance too." He sighed and furrowed his brow, trying to think of anything that could help.

"A distraction?" Shizuo offered raising an eyebrow, looking at the others "Maybe one group could make an assault or something on one section of the base, when all the guards rush off to attend to the trouble, the others sneak in, one in each entrance and then the original team tries to lose their pursuers and get inside, or secure one of the exits..." He shrugged "Just a suggestion..."

Aqua nods, "That does sound like a logical idea." Although she doesn't add anything more to it. She never one to plan, just react.

Angel glances to me and I give the same look back. This is a basic battle plan we've both over seen many times when younger. I look out to the group and say loudly, "As great as that plan is... If it were to work we'd have to rely heavily chance and luck... But with what little we know that's all we've ever going to get at..."
"What she's trying to say," Angel speaks up now. "Is that we need to figure out who is going where... And if this is even a plan worth considering... I know how much we're itching to get out and do something, here is our chance."
At the same time we say firmly, "And we can't mess this up, so we've got to pound this plan down now."
"Say we do go with this plan," I continue and walk closer to the crowd. "We can't send our strongest members... That leaves the other group weakened and possibly unable to complete the task at hand... We can't send the weakest group, too likely we'll eff up... But could our middle strength group cut what we need them to? I don't want anyone walking away from that place with the pain of losing a loved one... So... I..." My mind goes blank as I search for my point behind this. "We just... If we were going to do this... We'd need to be very careful over how we do... we don't want to lose anyone forever do we?" And then I shut up, hoping that we can get this plan moving and then into action sooner rather than later.

"Then the plan needs to be changed does it not?" A voice said as someone else stepped into the back room with a smirk. "Would it not be much simpler for you to have a much better look at this base before you even think about assaulting it?" The purple haired Kyoshiro placed his suitcase on the ground and crossed his arms across his chest, looking around at the group he raised an eyebrow, no doubt they had no clue who he was. Except maybe the orange haired one who seemed to be leading the meeting, was this the Mr Sakuraba he was supposed to report to..? He wasn't really a 'Mr' if he was being honest... That was more a man's title, not a boys.
"Oh, before you ask, Kyoshiro Ayanokōji, Jōtō Section Agent" he didn't extend his hand to anyone, no-one here had earned his trust yet. He pushed his glasses further up his nose before once again scanning the group.

"And I take it your here to help? If so, where I come from it helps to announce your presence before before just barging in." This guy just decided to show up out of nowhere and already he was starting to rub me the wrong way.

Kyoshiro looked across at Riku with a smile "I am indeed here to help, and I'm not from where you are, so how about you act how you act, and I act how I act? Okay?" Kyoshiro could tell he was making enemies quickly. But he didn't care, not right now he didn't, he was here to help clean up this mess and that was it, if anyone was going to get in his way then they were detrimental to the process.
He could feel Sir Givven appear behind him, invisible and pretty much non-existent to the others around them.
"Mr Ayanokōji, it seems that some of the people here do not feel all too warmly about your presence"
"Yes Alastair... So it seems, still, I'm not here to make friends"
The spirit nodded before fading away.

This new guy wasn't giving a very good vibe to Shizuo, he had an air about him that already stank. He thought he was better than every single man and woman in this room and that was already getting right on Shizuo's nerves. He unfolded his arms and clenched his fists, eyes narrowing at Kyoshiro.
"Whatever" he growled as he shook his head "If you want to act like such a badass, why don't you actually help and stop being a jackass instead."

"Cute." Kyoshiro replied with disdain before un crossing his arms and moving around the group towards Neku, this kid didn't want to be a leader but he had it in him. Kyoshiro could see that much.
"You remind me of myself when I was younger, Kyoshiro"
That's what the old man had said to him before he left. Did this Neku have the same drive that he himself is "Neku Sakuraba?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

I watched the man come in; immediately, insults began to fling, and I resisted my urge to plant my face in the palm of my hand.
Joto section? I blinked. I'd heard of them - the Network's heavy-combat, heavy-espionage arm, or at least, that's wht they said they were. Mostly, though, they were an independent group which answered to me only on a couple of technicalities. THis man knew my name - but I wondered if he realized what that name really meant.
"Everyone, just cool it," I said, sending a look around the room. "He's offering to help, and it's not like all of you aren't guilty of the exact same on occasion."
Then, I turned my gaze to this "Kyoshiro", confronting him with stern determination. "However, they've got a point. Why don't you tell us what you've got to offer us? I'm assuming that's why Joto Section sent you here."

Kyoshiro couldn't help but give the slightest of chuckles. What couldn't he offer them? "Apparently..." he started, looking Neku directly in the eye "You're currently in the state of Code Beta, now, obviously nobody wants this to escalate to a Code Alpha and that is why I have been sent here." he was stood rigidly, at attention with his hands behind his back and his heels clipped tightly together. More out of instinct rather than an form of respect for authority.
"As a Jōtō Section Agent it is directly within my interests to prevent said Code Alpha occurring. Mr Sakuraba, I do not know of your knowledge of Jōtō abilities but I shall give you a brief run-down. Jōtō Section specializes in the combat of the demon threat in a more silent manner, we are, in a way, some of the best demon hunters around, used as a surgical scalpel to remove certain 'tumors' from the Otherworld" he paused for a moment and looked around the toom before again turning his attention to Neku.
"I myself am an expert of combat against Demons, assassination, espionage and, most likely the more important factor to you at this time, infiltration."

"I know what Joto's specialties are," I assured him absently as I thought. "Kyoshiro - I know Joto employs a large contingent of, ah..." What was the euphemism they'd used? "...digital security specialists. I also know you keep a large archive of information, obtained legally or otherwise." In fact, I'd wondered if the reason Izaya had the information he seemed to be able to produce on a whim was because he was a secret member of Joto. I wouldn't be surprised it he was.
"Do you have any information about the building known as the Complex?"

Kyohiro gave a curt nod "I was previously briefed about the building that you're talking about" he motioned to Noctis "The sewer he mentioned earlier is the most viable route but it also now one of the most highly guarded" he paused for a moment, removing a document from his case and handing it to Neku. A blueprint of the complex showing arcs representing camera view arcs. "However, the majority of the building is observed via camera and any threats are then reported to the guards who race to the scene. If you could disable the cameras, they'd spread guards over every entrance point most likely, leaving every entrance at a disadvantage"
He looked around the room "I suggest either a one or two man team goes in and disables security before a few assault teams breach the perimeter once the cameras are down" he looked at Neku "Of course" he said, his jaw locked in place "You're the boss..."

It was obvious that he didn't think I was cut out for the job of commanding him. I wondered, again, if he knew I was the Head; it didn't really matter, though.
I looked around the room.
"Well? What do you think? I think he's got a point."

Noctis stayed silent as the others gave their input, he had given what information he could provide for the moment but would speak up if he had a viable idea. However when the Joto agent came through the door the tension escalated to the point where you could almost cut it with a knife. The others clearly weren't happy about the agent's presence. While Noctis wasn't exactly about to welcome any stranger with open arms, his paranoid tendencies demanded that he watch before he acted.
What Kyoshiro had to say did indeed make sense and sounded like the plan that would most likely succeed. "It sounds like our best chance." He replied to Neku before he glanced at the others to see their reactions.
