He had Neku's backing, he could tell that much. From the looks of it, the dark-haired one who'd mentioned the sewer before he himself had entered seemed to trust his plan as well, despite not knowing anyone's powers, he was already judging who'd be the best infiltration team. He summoned Alastair forwards in order to get his own opinion on the matter.
"Yes Mr Ayanokōji?" the spirit asked, stepping forwards "You are good at reading people, who'd make the best infiltration team?" the templar knight examined the group with narrowed eyes "The leader might be a good bet, but he should lead his men in the actual assault, the brown haired one" he said, pointing to Sora "He seems too... I do not know, he just doesn't look the 'Infiltration' type, maybe the man who suggested the sewer or that fire haired one, but neither seen to eager to see this place again"
The spirit seemed indecisive before giving a swift shrug "Apart from you yourself Mr Ayanõkoji, I see no definite candidates, I see multiple possibilities here, but it seems they're going to have to choose between them as to who works with you, and I feel none will seem too eager..." Kyoshiro nodded. He'd have to remember that he wasn't working with Jōtō Section anymore...

I played with a pen in front of me, listening to all of what the new stranger had to say. I eventually rolled the pen away from me and sat back. "I don't see a better option. I think we should take it." This stranger intrigued me. He seemed different then the others in the room.

Aqua weighs the options in her head and she slowly nods. Then raises her hand tentatively, "I think this a perfect solution--" Almost too perfect, she adds in her head, weary of the new guy. "And I would like to volunteer to help with taking down the cameras, if you don't mind." Her hand is lowered to her side as she smiles kindly to the man.

Kyoshiro couldn't help but smirk, he looked across at the two women who had sided with his argument. He returned the smile that the blue haired woman had given him, he made sure that it was a sweet one, Kyoshiro was an actor as well as a soldier, a skill that had made him most useful to his superior officers. That and he'd take all the allies that he could get in this situation, but he also had to make sure that they were the right ones as well.
"I have very precise requirements as to who my ally for the infiltration team would be..." he said, aiming the statement more at Aqua than anyone else. "They need to be able to move swiftly, and silently. They need to be able to climb well, the walls of the compound will be foreboding and will show no mercy. They need to be good at hand to hand combat or good with short blades, we won't be using any loud attacks whilst we're in there, and most of all they need to be obedient, whoever's in there will be following my orders to the letter."

She had stayed quiet most of the time and listened to what everyone else had to say. Now she wasn't exactly one to eagerly accept help from someone who just comes striding in and claims to have the answer to all of their problems. But he actually seemed to have a solution, and she shoved back her personal take on the guy and tossed out her opinion, "It sounds like our best bet. I'm up for it."

Noctis listened to the other, especially the newcomer who had been looking for Neku. As they described what they required of an ally he looked around the room, trying to remember what little he knew of the others so as to think of who might be best for the job even though Neku would have the final say. This was definitely a time when his reclusive tendencies were inconvenient.

I closed my eyes, thinking.
Aqua would be good with that; Noctis would as well, especially as he knew the compound, but I didn't fully trust this man. Yes, he claimed to be from Joto section... but how could I know that was true? Hojo and Ifrit were intelligent enough to send an imposter, to find the information they needed... and I knew a certain black-haired demon info broker who sold to everyone.
The best bet would be to accompany him myself. But, I would let the others decide.
"Three people come to mind," I told him. "First, Aqua would be a good candidate. She's fast, strong, and good at being silent. She's a good warrior, and she'd follow orders." My gaze went to Noctis next. "Noctis, also, would be a good choice - even better, because he somewhat knows the complex. However, if the job goes south, he's also one of the two people that the enemy is looking for. Wouldn't do to deliver Hojo exactly what he needs or wants on a silver platter." My eyes returned to Kyoshiro. "The third option, and the one that I'm most comfortable with, is accompanying you myself. I fight exclusively hand-to-hand, my powers aren't flashy, I'm an excellent climber and I can attack from a distance. I know how to sneak through hostile territory without being spotted, and while I'm not the best at following orders, I know when it's important to take direction."
Then I looked back over at everyone else.
"But it's not my decision to make - not alone. Noctis, Aqua; what do you think? Everyone else?" I set out the order of decision-making.

I shuffle my feet around a moment, but don't say anything pertaining to disagreeing. Instead I simply state, "We have to rework the groups now... I think Shizuo, Angel, and I will work fine. But with Aqua and Noctis being taken from Aya's group... That leaves her and Lea to fight alone together, which could be fine, but that makes then short a number compared to the rest of us... And that worries me just a little bit, not that they won't fight just valiantly and effectively as the rest of us, its just... The numbers are still unevenly spread..."
Angel taps my back a moment during my explanation, his throat clearing only loud enough more me to hear him. I glance to him a during the last sentence and he mouth's "Darla?"
"... And I'm sure my cousin would love to get in on the fighting if we see so fit as well."

Aqua frowns at what Namine mentions before saying, "Other than Namine's concerns, I have none." She had volunteered for the job anyways before being rudely put down, but she won't hold it against the guy, he's new in town after all.

I raise my hand. " I don't feel comfortable at the thought of Hojo getting Noctis. Neku, it'd be easiest if you or Aqua went. Unless Noctis is comfortable with going of course. In the end, it is up to him." My eyes went over to Noctis for his reaction.

While Noctis did think that he would probably be the best suited to help the Joto agent, there was logic in Neku's argument and there was also the fact that he didn't want to leave Aya shorthanded. It would be dangerous for all involved. Many of the others had seemed to agree as well. "I wouldn't want to risk jeopardizing this and Neku is right. I'll go if it's really needed but it would probably be best for me to stay with my original assignment."

Kyoshiro stood silently whilst the others talked amongst themselves. When it finally came down to two candidates the purple haired agent took a moment to think, he didn't know either of these people at all and it was best if he did something to help gain trust. If his instincts were right they probably thought that he was some sort of impostor, he would think the same, he needed to assure them that he was perfectly on their side... To an extent.
"You both know yourselves better than I." He said bluntly, looking from Neku to Aqua. "I shall narrow the search down further, in order to let you decide amongst yourselves who is to be a more likely candidate." He racked his brain for a moment before coming to a decent conclusion. "Once we're inside, we'll be removing any obstacles we come across be they demon or human, whomever comes with me needs to have no query with killing ordinary humans... Do either of you have a particularly heavy conscience?"
