She nodded and smiles down into her tea. "Things got better from there. And that's how yours truly ended up like this." She laughed and gestured to herself. "I can never thank him enough."

Never could I, Aqua thinks as she smiles at Shiki, "I'm sure he's just happy to have helped you." This poor girl, but she's stronger now. That's what counts in the long run... Besides, this will always be Shiki. My darling, sweet Shiki. Inside her Aqua felt warm as she thought that, sure the tea added to the feeling, but she also knows its because she suddenly feels complete again. As if Shiki were a long lost daughter or little sister of hers. Its makes her happier to think about.

She sipped her tea and then said, "He constantly checks up on me, so I hope that's true." Shiki looked back at Aqua, "Thanks for listening to this, Aqua. Hope I didn't bore you into never coming back here again." She was teasing, but really hoped Aqua would stop by once in a while.

"Not at all," Aqua laughs a little and then takes the last gulp of her tea. "And I'll stop by whenever I have time." Which could be a lot more often now seeing how I don't have to be home by a certain time so that the boys don't panic.
"I'd like to stop by more often no matter what," With Shiki around... She was home.

"Great," Aqua beams and then holds her hand out for Shiki's cup. "Let me clean these before I leave then?"

She handed Aqua the cup but said, "You don't have too, it's nothing I can't handle." She let's Aqua do what she wants though.

"I want to," Aqua says simple as she moves to the sink and turns on the water so she can hand wash the cups. And if any other dishes are in the sink she washes those too. "I like cleaning up after myself." And by extension that means she likes taking care of others thus she'll enjoy cleaning up after Shiki.

She stood by and watched Aqua clean the cups. There were a few dishes in the sink too, and she was grateful that Aqua did those. "Thank you. I'll have to cone over and clean some stuff for you too." She laughed and smiled.

Aqua laughs as well, "Well, only if you want to." She dries her hands on her pants before pulling Shiki into a hug. "I'm going to miss you.''

This time when Aqua hugs her, she easily hugs her back, "I'll miss you too. If you don't want to go home yet, you can stay here tonight." She was used to the quietness of her apartment, but she wondered how Aqua felt about a quiet house.

Aqua thinks this over a minutes before shaking her head,"I have workI need to do... And deadlines to met... Otherwise I would." And then as an after thought she adds. "Sorry if you wanted me to." It may get lonely at home tonight, but I can grin and bear just like I did before the boys were born.

"No it's fine. I was just worried about you." Shiki answered. Yes, Aqua was an adult. But that didn't mean she didn't need a shoulder to lean on.

"Thank you for your worrying, but," Aqua smiles and lets go of Shiki. "I'll be fine... And I guess... This is, um, good bye then." She then waves and heads for the door slowly.
