Jack waved his sword hand, his blade dispersing into a red mist. He narrowed his eyes at N, at first confused about how calm he was in the presence of a Demon Lord but then he remembered the boys innocence and naïvity, he wasn't experienced enough to tell the difference. But his power... It wasn't a killer, but he certainly felt it may be of some use to him, especially against The Archon. But he was also sensitive, something Jack could play on maybe..?
He wasn't worried about N and simply nodded curtly, eyeing Kiara every now and again, he was testing her reaction as well. She most probably would know what he was, being a demon, she definately knew he was of her kind, he had noted it when he unsheathed his dagger. But he had no idea on her opinion and somewhat less care for it, she was powerful but he doubted he could pull her into his schemes, unless he got N involved that is. He turned to walk away, the fabric of The Veil repairing itself as Jack reverted back to his disguise. He paused and looked over his shoulder, his face now human again "It's Jack, by the way..." he said before walking back towards the city.

"Wait, Jake-- Jack!" I yelled a bit. "Where are you going?!" I call after, but I think he was already out of earshot. "Can... Can I sit, Kiara?" I ask, lowering myself to the ground. My head was light. Using that power weakened me a lot. I wasn't used to it...

My body had returned to to its human and Lion featured shape. I nod, "Sure." But I keep my eyes on this... Jack's back. He's obviously an upper class demon... Gotta keep y eye on this one... He may cause more trouble than he's worth... And what did he want with N anyways!
I smile down to my friend, "We can rest for a little bit and then we can head on over to the cafe where I work... I can make you a drink and maybe we'll even find you a place to stay~."

I nod at Kiara. "That sounds good..." I really could use some juice. And... a place to stay... I wasn't ready to go back to the manor. Father's corpse was still in the upstairs corridor... I didn't know how I would feel when I saw it. And I don't know if I want to... It only happened yesterday, even if it felt like longer ago..

"You can stay with me if you'd like. I have an apartment that was made for two but I haven't found a roommate yet if your interested." I said. This boy was clearly shooken up and needed protection until he could control his powers and I was willing to help him any way I could.

Smiling I giggle, "I'm a rather night time person... I may keep you up." But then my gaze gets dark and my voice deadly. "But even so if N does decide to live with you... Upset him again... You'll regret it... That goes for if he's not living with you easier." My eyes had narrowed, so all I can see is Riku. But then they widen and I brighten up.
A huge smile grows on my face, "But you're a nice guy~ I know you won't do that again~." I look back at N with a smile. "And sorry if I possibly scared you... I didn't mean to~"

I smile at my new friends. "Would that really be okay, Riku?" I find the energy to stand now, my mood much better. "Riku didn't do it on purpose, Kiara! It's okay! And you can visit whenever!" I turn to Riku. "Right? She can?"

Purring I nod, "Thank you, Riku... And I... Sorry for snapping... Don't know why I did." I then take N's hand in mine. "C'mon~ Lets go~." And I begin dragging him along to towards the city and the cafe~.

My face turns red quick as Kiara grabs my hand and starts pulling me. I laugh and try to keep pace with her. I completely forgot my exhaustion. I was just thrilled. My first day in the human world, and I have real friends. My eyes teared up with happiness. "Let's go! I'm thirsty!" I exclaim.
