"I'll be there in a minute." I said as they walked towards the cafe. When they were out of sight I turned to Jack. "I take it you had Otar start the crossing. Did you get what you wanted?"

Jack turned to Riku and nodded "Otar did indeed start the crossing at my request, I wanted to judge this boy's prowess in combat, and in that sense I suppose I did get what I wanted" As if summoned silently, Otar appeared from the shadows and bowed "My lord..." he said with a sweep of his arm "How did it go?" Jack nodded at Otar "The boy's a pacifist... It could be a problem..." he sighed "But I'm sure I'll think of some way to pull him further towards me..."

"It appears you'll have to force him into a situation where he'll have no choice but to fight. The Boy will be staying with me in the meantime." I said as my eyes turned completely blood red.
